Tuesdays were always boring, but this one was rather eventful. At least during first period when I had Psychology. I was on my way to the toilets when I noticed Elise next to a window, not-so-discreetly peeking through the blinds. I narrowed my eyes before deciding to sneak up on her. Ultimately, I ended up scaring the living-shit out of her by digging my fingers into her sides.

She hissed, "What are you doing?!"

"Jeez, what's so secret?" I laughed, teasingly nudging her arm. "Who are you spying on, missy?"

"Shh! Stop being loud! They might hear!"

"Who?!"

She looked like she was about to explode. "Lower your voice!"

"Who's out there?" With every second passing I got more curious, so I walked up to the window while smirking a little in the process. Just as my fingers slid past the blinds, she snapped and pushed my wrist aside. I frowned at the girl as she herself peeked through just like before. "Who is it? Is it Liam?"

Elise's cheeks splashed in pink as soon as the name came off of my lips. She was clenching her jaw when she spoke to me. She said, "How did you know?"

"Uhh—I—I don't...I don't know." I scratched my jaw nervously. I couldn't possibly tell her that Niall had spoken about it to me. Even though I knew she probably would've liked hearing that somebody—Niall—was worried about her liking some other guy, I knew Niall wouldn't have appreciated me telling her. I shrugged my shoulders. "Lucky guess?"

She gulped, "Okay. It's him. And a couple others."

"Why are you spying on them?"

"He's angelic!"

"He's alright."

"You're...blind!"

"You're being loud."

She instantly covered her mouth because she hadn't even realised. I snickered at her ridiculousness. After that, she spied through the blinds for the very last time before having her silent panic attack. "Holy shit. They're closer now. I—I think I can hear them."

At first, she leaned against the door and placed her ear against the narrow slit between the door frame and the wall next to it, but then we both realised it was completely unnecessary. We could both hear their voices perfectly from where we were standing.

"Stop slagging me off," the first voice spoke. I gave Elise a look that said 'Who's that?', but she only stared back at me in perplexity. She was too focused on the conversation behind the door to pay attention to me in the slightest.
