I had decided to go to a Pierce The Veil concert.

Not the best idea after Robyyn and I broke up.

But I needed it.

I needed to be in a crowd like this. I needed the moshing. The screaming. The jumping. I needed it.

When Robyyn and I started dating we went to a few concerts. Avenged Sevenfold was my first concert and our first concert together. I had so much fun that first time that I was hooked.

Every time Robyyn said she wanted to go to a concert I was there. She would sit on my shoulders I would help her crowd surf. I would mosh with her.

Man I loved it. But man did I fuck up.

As soon as Vic said 'Talking to my mom about this little girl from Texas' some girl came from backstage and jumped in the crowd and started to crowd surf. She looked familiar but I don't know from where.

As the concert went on I had more fun.

Then Robyyn's song came on; Hold on Till May. As the beginning of the song came, tears started to swell up in my eyes.

She sits up high surrounded by the sun
One million branches and she loves every one
"Mom and dad, did you search for me?
I've been up here so long I'm going crazy!"

I sang word for word the song. Why did I have to miss the concert when I could've gone with Robyyn. We would still be together if I did....

But Robyyn's favorite part was coming up and the tears started to flow.

But as Vic sang a girl from backstage came With a microphone. The same girl from earlier.

If I were you, I'd put that away

It was her turn to sing.

And she said,

"If you were me, you'd do the same
'Cause I can't take anymore
I'll draw the shades and close the door
Everything's not alright and I would rather..."

As she sang it clicked.

Robyyn.

That's who that was

My Robyyn.

I couldn't tell because instead of her all black she was wearing a pink shirt that said Suck-A-Fuck and faded blue skinny jeans.

I couldn't believe it was her...

After the song finished Vic said: "GIVE IT UP FOR MY FRIEND ROBYYN" and she came out and bowed.

Wow. I thought to myself. It is her.

I tired to forget about her and have fun but then she came out during Besitos.

It was her and All Time Low.

They started to play beer pong while Pierce The Veil was performing.

Then it hit me.

She was happy.

While I was out here trying to recover.
She was happy. She was smiling and laughing and drinking beer.
