Chapter 4 (Cruelty)

-NICOLE POV-

"I hate what’s happening!!" I just burst my words while having the recess with my friends.

"Huh!? What was that for?" Nicki replied with a confusing face.

"Damn! Ano ba nagyayari sa room! looks like they all interested to Angel! AGAIN!" Nakakainis! Angel here, Angel there, and Angel everywhere. Sya na lang lagi topic sa room! Ayoko mabalik sa dati! Gusto ko ako lang napapansin ng lahat! >.<

*FLASHBACK*

First year kami noon, I'm Nicole Tan the muse of our class mula nung elementary. Dahil nga high school na, new faces and new classmates ang mae-encounter ko. They nominate me as muse and i know na mangyayari nga yun. Then one of my classmate also nominate Angel as muse so we became rival for the position. They closed the nomination so it is between the two of us, Angel and me. But syempre hindi na ako kinakabahan.. i know na mananalo ako. But when the house is divided, i can't belive the result! Its a tie!

Our teacher checks the no. of votes at nalaman nya na may isang hindi bumoto.

"Ms. Tan, Can you pat your classmate beside you?" Sabi na lang ni ma'am sa akin after nyang tumingin sa buong klase.

I saw Nicki sleeping beside me so i pat her.

"Huy!! Gising!! Hindi ka bumoto lagot ka kay ma'am!!" Pabulong kong sabi sa kanya

"Ha.. Ehh." Suddenly she snap and realized whats happening

"Iboto mo ko bilis!!"

"Seems like gising kana.. Never sleep in my class dear." Buti mabait 'tong English teacher namin kung hindi kawawa sya hehe ^_^

"Amm.. Sorry ma'am.. Hindi na po mauulit.. Can i vote po ba?"

"Sure. Your vote is important 'coz we have a tie right now."

"I vote for Nicole ma'am" Then with that, i won the position.

"Dapat si Angel na lang.. Mas ok sya kaysa dyan kay Nicole.."

"Hindi naman natin sila kilala.. Hayaan mo na lang"

Just heard my other classmate whispering about the result of the nomination.. Medyo nakakainis pakinggan mga pinagsasabi nila. Tss. Mas maganda si Angel sa akin?

"Pre! ang ganda talaga ni Angel! Kaso parang masungit.."

"Oo nga eh.. Gusto ko sanang pormahan.. Pero sige sayo na.."

"Hahaha ano ba! Crush lang naman.."

"Oy! First year na tayo. Crush crush. Ligaw na agad!!"

Since elementary sanay na akong pinagbubulungan ng katulad ng mga naririnig ko ngayon BUT, i hate this! 'coz hindi ako yung pinagbubulunagn nila! TSS. It’s Angel!! Nakukuha nya yung atensyon ng buong klase kahit na hindi naman sya nagsasalita at nasa isang tabi lang sya! Mas maganda ako sa kanya! Di ba nila ako nakikita!? I have done everything para marealized nila. Kaso walang epekto >.<

One day i started to spread some negative things about Angel. At ang saya kasi maraming naniwala. Mga uto uto din kasi 'tong mga kaklase ko. First year na mga isip bata pa. But.. syempre hindi naman lahat naniwala sa akin.. Like Josh.

Bestfriend ko si Josh pero mula ng araw na yun.. Nagbago ang lahat. Nalaman nyang sinisiraan ko si Angel sa mga kaklase namin at nagalit sya.

Then i was shocked one time when Josh approach Angel.. The only thing he receives is a yell. Sa sobrang lakas ng sigaw ni Angel, nakuha nya yung atensyon ng buong klase.

Because of that scene in the room, lahat ng may doubt sa mga kumakalat na tsismis kay Angel ay naniwala.. Parang pinatunayan nyang totoo lahat ng ikinalat kong balita tungkol sa kanya. Wala ng lumapit sa kanya.. Tinuring syang Virus ng buong klase na kapag lumapit ka sa kanya, Gulo lang ang makukuha mo. Pero wala naman talagang gulong mangyayari.. Takot lang talaga sila.

*END OF FLASHBACK*     

Swerte ako noon. Pero right now, whats happening.. I can't take it! I need to do something and also need the luck i have got before! I don't want to became a decore again! Their attention is my life >.<

-JOSH POV-

When i started to became a high school student, i always taking care of Nicole. I do everything for her. Inaalis ko sa landas nya ang lahat ng pinoproblema nya. One day she asked me a favour. Seems like shes jealous to someone. She wants to get the attention of our class but someone is blocking her. She asked me to get that girl named Angel.

I court Angel even though i don’t like her. I just do it for the one who i really loved. Pero habang tumatagal, nakilala ko ang tunay na pagkatao nya.. One day i realized that i fall for her and i don’t want to continue the fake courtship. I want to make it real.

I look for Nicole to tell her the truth.. I saw her on the backstage kicking some plants.. I approach her and maybe, I comfort her.

I really love Angel those days but in a sudden, everything has change. Because of that day.. I feel so angry with her.. Seems like the love i felt for her became a darkness inside my heart.. I decided to go with the flow inside the room.. They don’t want Angel that much because of some news spreading in the room.
