Rainy days

Deku's pov

The festival was quite amazing!! but our day had ended ,school was out....and I was walking with Uraraka and Iida two of my closest friends.
"Hey let's all get ice cream before going to the station I hear a new shop opened up!!" Uraraka smiled, I laughed "Yeah sure let me just ask my mom!" I responded. That's when I began to feel in my pockets.....it was there my face dropped maybe I put it in my bag, I went through my bag and started searching....soon just searching became frantic. "Hey something wrong Izuku?" Iida asked curiously, "Um guys I don't think I can go I need to find my phone which may take a while!!" I said panicky....but trying to hide it. "Well we can come help you" Uraraka suggested "N-no!!! I mean I want you two to enjoy yourselves at that new shop! It will probably only take me a few minutes!!" They hesitated but after enough of me convincing them they left.

I ran inside, back to my last class of the day "Phone.....phone....it's not here!!!" I felt panic but just told myself that I would find it.

I ended up searching all the classrooms it wasn't there "Oh no this is bad!!!" I panicked. That phone had really important stuff on it not just notes but it was worth emotional value!! I felt tears prick my eyes I quickly wiped them away. I searched quite a few times again.....but still no phone ok now I felt tears role down my face and they weren't going away dread set in. When I heard footsteps coming towards me I didn't look up though because I was in such a panic/fearful state, "M-Midoriya are you ok?" I looked up to see Todo kun. I quickly wiped my eyes "Y-yeah!!" He looked at me sideways "Is this yours?" He handed me my phone! "Y-yes!!" I looked up at him he scratched his neck in an awkward way

"I figured it's green after all I just found it in our home room, oh the reason why I'm here is because I needed to talk to Mr. Aizawa . I was going to ask you but-" I cut him off by hugging him. My heart rate increased..."Thank you so much Todo kun!!!" I felt the panic leave me. He just awkwardly hugged me back, we eventually pulled apart his face was really red and so was mine...,"U-uh!!! I'm sorry was that weird?" He just patted my head and replied with "no it was fine just unexpected..." He said awkwardly....I laughed

We stepped out side to see that it was pouring really bad, on top of that it was cold "Hey can I walk you home?" Todo kun asked me. I felt my face heat up and turn red "Y-yes I wouldn't mind!!" I said happy. I was really happy I know why though now......it's cause I like him.....

He for some odd reason brought his umbrella "I'm always prepared." He said as he got it out....we began to walk when I started shivering....he noticed this...."Midoriya ..." I felt him wrap his arms around me "E-eh?!?" I turned red when I felt things become way warmer....."T-Todoroki.....t-thank you...." I just looked up to see him smiling a very small smile with a light tent of pink on his face "I don't mind no need to thank me..." He said, I just smiled at him

We were walking when I heard a soft pitiful meow, I turned to my side to find a kitten "Awwwww...." I murmured it looked cold and hurt...we went over to it and I picked it up.....I hugged it "So cute I'll take care of you..." I knew my mom wouldn't mind she's always been more of a cat person.....but never had the chance to get one. That's when I looked at Todo kun his face screamed.....'cute...' In a weird way. "Here" I smiled and plopped the kitten in his hands "You hold it please..." He said I shook my head no his face now screamed 'No I don't wanna break it!!!'

I started laughing he just tilted his head sideways "What's so funny?" He seemed confused to why I was laughing I reached in my bag and pulled out kitty ears that I bought when at the mall. I put them on his head, his face was perfect, "Awww you're so cute Todo kun...." I found myself pinching his cheeks as he just let it happened with a slightly red face. "Please stop Midoriya this is embarrassing"

I eventually did, and we soon found ourselves in front of my house "Bye Midoriya.." He said as he gave me the kitten back....I started walking up to my house and he started walking away....when I quickly put the kitten down for a second ran to him.....and hugged him from behind "Bye Todo kun!!!" I waved to him then went in my house with the kitten....

Todoroki's pov

She hugged me.....I wasn't expecting it....so my face turned way redder then my own fire.....she ran back inside her house after hugging me....I remembered that I wasn't supposed to be out ,but go home immediately that's what my dad wanted......but all I could think was....

'Screw my dad....this was oh so worth it..... I got to hang out with Midoriya she's just....so cute.. I love rainy days.....'
