The Saturday morning light streamed through the pale curtains in the small room occupied by Castiel Novak. A call of " Pancakes ! " woke him from a deep, dreamless slumber that Castiel (Cas is also preferable ) had been in for the past hours. "What?" Cas called to his brother Luc( Lucifer) Who responded with the louder call of "PANCAKES ,Cas!"
" 'Kay " Cas said . He descended the narrow stairs to the small kitchen where his brothers Luc and Michael were flipping pancakes and thoughtlessly arguing about the recent mayoral elections .
Michael stern and serious said to Cas" Do you know where Gabe went last night?"
"How am I supposed to know? He never tells me anything?" Cas responded
" Hello family, I heard you talking and ... ohh are those pancakes? Luc ,can I have some please, please?" a Gabriel Novak entered the small kitchen with a bout of excitment
"Not until you tell us where you were last night ." Luc said
" well if you must know I ..."
" Don't make it one of your stories Gabe" Michael said with sterness twords his baby brother.
"Okay , I snuck out to go to Dean Winchester's start of the year party at his place."
" Really Gabe , Dean is the most popular boy in school, there is no way you would get into a party like that as freshman . " Cas said
" You can get in if you are friends with his little brother Sam. Sam's in my grade" Gabriel said defiantly
"No more Winchester parties for you Gabe . I don't want to hear you come in later than 10:00. And you're grounded " Micheal said nonchalantly
"Speaking of time , Cas, aren't you supposed to be Jo and Ellen Harvelle at the diner today and don't they open in 5 minutes ?" Luc said
A Castiel panic ensued shortly.
