Misunderstood

Chapter Fifteen

Annie POV

I was so excited as we walked over to Jacob's friends, I already found Ryan and James.

They pushed away from the trees they were leaning against.

"What was up with the celebration over there, you know with Dayne?"

I smiled at James question.

"Well, you know. Dayne was just explaining to the boys how they have to be nice to me. You know seeing as I am in your classes!"

"You got in?"

"Yes Ryan, of coarse I did. The mistress said I was the most intelligent female student at this school, and the only one in the male class systems."

I said as I calmed myself down a bit, trying not to squeal. I took a few deep breathes.

"Good job."

He put his hand up for a high five and I returned it.

"Thanks.... So?"

I looked around at the other boys leaning against trees. Some where even sitting on large rocks. I took a step forward.

"Hi, I'm Annie."

One of the boys on the rock turned around and looked at me.

"Come sit up here."

I walked over and stopped in front of the rock.

"Climb up?"

The rock was massive I wasn't sure if I could climb it. He extended his hand for me to get up.

"Here."

I grabbed onto his hand and he pulled me up.

"Cool."

I said as I sat down on the rock.

"My names Kyle."

"My names Annie."

I smiled at him as I sat on 'his rock'. I guess it was his seeing as he was on it first.

Jacob walked over and started climbing a tree it had a board of wood up there, and that's where he sat. He looked down at me and I smiled at him. I really wanted just to climb up there with him and cuddle him, but we were at school.

"So where's..... Cody?"

I said to no one in particular. One of the boys against the tree started to smirk to himself.

"That is me, nice to meet you Annie."

He had a beautiful accent, i adored it.

"So how many of us do you know the names too?"

One of the other boys asked. I hesitated, then counted them.

"I think all of you...."

Cody laughed.

"Good job, who told you?"

"Umm, the boys did.."

I said pointing over to Ryan, James and Jacob.

So now all of a sudden this felt awkward. So I slid off the rock I was sitting on and started to walk towards Jacob's tree.

"Where you going Annie?"
