Life shall move on, I know
Even if I refuse to let go
It's not for me to control
Controller, Oh! That's not my role.
Life gives a second chance, I hope
To all individuals who wish to cope
With the ways and tricks of life
That they so innocently left behind.
The sun shall shine again
The moon will take its terrain
Speed, the wind will gain
Even if destiny shall fail.
Love, I long abandoned
Family, that's forgotten
Friendship, that word did exist
In my memory, that's now becoming mist.
However, faith shall keep me moving
Trust will compel me to keep rowing
Wisdom shall help me navigate
And reach my destination's gate.
Truth, I shall accept
Vengeance, I will neglect
Anger, hatred, I will keep at bay
For negativity, I shall not become your prey.
Life, I'll embrace you as you are
Poison of crime, hatred and negativity
Or potion of love, friendship and family
The choice shall determine my destiny.
Reaching the top, so long I desired
Taking the first step, so long I feared
However, the peak shall now be mine
Glory and success will be at its height!
But at the end, love is all that matters
Care and affection is now what offers
The courage and determination to keep going
Through this ocean of life, I shall keep rowing.
Friends, i shall make a few
Foes, i shall not miss you
For loved ones and well-wishers
Shall ensure the smooth flow of my rivers.
