A unique energy resides within you
An entire universe with the light of the stars inhabits you
You're a holder of so much potential, so much courage
You're strong, I know you are
But know this strength doesn't mean you can't ever be broken
It means you're ready to heal, ready to mend yourself no matter what
It's okay, perfectly okay to not be in a great mood today
We don't think being sad all the time is normal
So why do we need to put up a smile to prove we're fine
It's okay, happiness and sorrows are a part of life
Keep going because you have the strength to make it through this strife.
