Dear Diary...

An Unexpected Meeting

< Yeri POV >

"Yeri!! It's 10 already. Time to get up!" I sit up straight in my bed and look around for my phone. Once I find it, I turn it on to see 10:03 facing at me.

"Shoot, my alarm didn't go off!" I throw my sheets off of my body and quickly get up, running to the bathroom. I look at myself in the mirror and see my tired eyes and messy bed head. I look down and see that I still have the clothes I had on from the night before. I sigh, remembering it was a tough night. I quickly brush my hair and my teeth to look presentable-ish. I stick my head out from the doorway and speak loud enough for my other members to hear me, "Do we have schedules today?"

Wendy is the only one that answers, as always. "Only Joy and you do. You guys have to go to some charity fundraiser. It will only be a couple hours." As she was talking, I quickly pull through the clothes in my dresser. I find a striped, loose black and grey blouse with a pair of jeans.

"Okay, doesn't seem like a bad day. It's for charity." I smile in the mirror when I'm all dressed and suddenly hear my stomach growling. I grab my phone from the night stand, slip it in my back pocket and walk out of the bedroom, finding Joy, sitting on at the table while eating an apple and checking her phone. "Joy, you should really eat some more, it's not good to only eat an apple."

"I'm on a diet, I gotta keep this body that I had for the music video." she exclaimed while chewing on a piece of the apple.

I grab a water bottle and a banana from the basket, sitting across from Joy. "Very lady like." I laugh while she gives me a glare without taking her eyes off of her screen. I peel my banana and take a bite of it while bringing my phone out of my pocket to check the time. "How long is the drive?"

"I think he said an hour and a half." I nod while I take a sip of my water. "Yeri, did you see their new song?"

"Who's?" I get up and make my way to behind Joy. She had BTS playing. Of course, BTS has so many fan girls, it's crazy. "BTS? I don't really focus on th-" I stop talking as I listen to the music. Was this the song Jungkook was dancing to that night?

"What?" She looks back at me and widens her eyes while she sees my expression. "Wait, you've heard this before? How? It just came out 20 minutes ago."

She gives me a weird look and I return one to her. "No, it just sounded familiar, that's all."

"Well duh, it's a remix from one of their other songs. It's good, isn't it?" She smiles, returning her attention to the phone.

I look at her screen and get a view of the time, "We better start heading out. It's almost 11." Joy nods and gets up from her seat. We both grab our things then slip our shoes on.

"Yeri, wake up, we're here."

I wake up to Joy nudging me in the shoulder. I blink my eyes a few times to make sure I'm awake completely and look out of the window. All that is seen is an open field with camera crew and film directors talking. The door of the van opens and we get out. It's a little colder out here than it is in the city. I hug my fluffy jacket against my body for more warmth. Joy stands there like it doesn't faze her. The two of us look around, so far, we are the only idols here. I assume there will be one or two more groups going to show.

"Ah, Joy and Yeri. Welcome!" Who I assume is the director, comes over to us and greats us warmly. We return with a bow and a nice smile. "We will start shooting as soon as the others get here. Please go in and get some refreshments and something to warm yourselves up."

"Gomowao~" Joy acts cute with her charm. I roll my eyes then go into the refreshments. Joy follows me but we don't get anything. We take a seat at an empty table and start chatting for a few minutes.
