Chapter 1 - New Beginnings

You walked out of the airport. Busan. You are back in Busan. You were out of Korea for two years since you accepted the company's invitation for you to work in japan for two years. You learnt a lot, but also lost a lot. And the most important thing you lost was... Jimin.

It hurt you a lot. You were emotionally and physically unstable. Now that you are going to be seeing Jimin again and not being able to go close to him hurts you even more. The fact that you requested the breakup hurts.

You arrived at the company. The company where you and Jimin worked together happily. You were no longer under his team. You requested for a change in teams as you cannot bear seeing Jimin.

"Y/N, you will be working under Kim Namjoon right now." your boss said. You smiled at the sight of the new team members until you saw... Jungkook. Your seat was beside Jungkook. He flashed a bunny tooth grin at you. He hasn't change a bit. Still the same old Jungkook that was in high school.

"How was Japan?" Jungkook asked.

"Not bad." you said with a smile.

"Y/N sshi." Your team leader called. You walked towards your team leader. He had really small eyes, when he smiles his dimples would show. He looked really smart also. You were sure that you can learn a lot from him.

"We will be having a welcome dinner with the other teams to welcome you back. " Namjoon said. You smiled and nodded.

[Jimin's Pov]

Y/N? Isn't that Y/N? Why isn't she in my team but in Namjoon hyung's team? I missed her so much. I didn't even date anyone because I was determined that I would win her heart back. I hit my head. Jimin ah, focus !!!!

[Your pov]

You did your work and someone passed by your seat. It was a familiar figure. The scent of his cologne still lingers around. His plump lips. His eye smile. He was ethereal. Too good for this harsh world. Too good for you. [A/N : I don't mean anything! My readers are perfect for this world and bts <3] You missed every single detail of him.

Him.

Him.

You slightly hit your head, asking yourself to focus on your work. 

[After work]

"Kaja~~~"Jungkook squealed in joy as he raised his hands in the air to stretch. You smiled and lightly hit his head.

"You guys are close?"One of the team member, Naeun, asked. You both nodded in unison.

" We were tablemates in high school haha." Jungkook said.

" Woah. You guys are fated to be together!!!"Naeun said.

"Aniya~~ Y/N has a boyfriend right?" Jungkook replied. Your eyes grew wide. You did not know what to reply.

" Yes." you said awkwardly.

"She's dating Jimin. Ah. I mean Jimin sshi. " Jungkook said.

You almost choked on your saliva. Naeun looked so happy. Just as worst as it possibly could get, Naeun revealed the juicy news to everyone in the group. You were dead. Like really dead. Now what? Pretend to be dating Jimin?

You arrived at the restaurant with your team. There, you saw the person whom you least wanted to see ... Park Jimin. He was sitting beside 2 other female employe. You aren't his girlfriend anymore , but you still can feel a tinge of jealousy.

"Ah!!Jimin sshi! Annyeong!" Naeun waved at him. He waved back and smiled warmly at her. He hasn't changed a bit, he was still that Jimin oppa. His eyes slowly shifted to yours. You could feel sadness in his eyes while he was smiling. What have you possibly done to him?

"Y/N ah, eat up," Jungkook said as he passed you some meat from the barbecue grill . You thanked him. The meat was really nice, very chewy and juicy, just how you like it.

"Y/n! You should sit with me." Naeun said. I agreed until I realised,I will be sitting with...Park Jimin. Naeun must have asked the other two employees to moved away from Jimin to let me sit beside him.

"A...Annyeonghaseyo. " you greeted Jimin.

"Ehhh why so awkward? I thought you guys are dating?" Naeun teased.

"We? Dating?"Jimin startled, a little shocked.

oh shit. I should just admit that we broke up. Argh that will take lots of explanation.

" Yes we are dating.Right? Oppa?" You said with a forced smile.

"Err... YES! We are dating ." Jimin said forcefully. 

Jimin then pulled you out of the place and asked for an explanation.

"That Jungkook went and told everyone that we are dating. I wanted to respond but it was too late. So Naeun thinks that we are dating also. Can you just play along and be my boyfriend? If you are dating someone and your girlfriend does not like it I'm fine. I can explain to them."you said.

" Aniya. Im not dating anyone. Perhaps Im dating you now?" He teased. You chuckled and mouthed a "gumawo" to him. You both went in and continued enjoying your dinner. Jimin was still really caring to you, despite all the things you did to him. You felt really guilty for breaking up with him and leaving him. But, if you asked for a second chance, would he forgive?

" Let's welcome Y/n. Cheers," Namjoon shouted as everyone held their cups high. You can't really drink, how you wished someone will help you finish up your cup. You gulped down a little bit of the soju, it taste bitter.

"Y/n, give me your cup." Jimin said. His voice was gentle, just like how it was last time.

You passed him your cup and he immediately gulped down all the soju that was left in your cup. You could see his adam's apple showing, gulping down the soju. He looked really hot.

He put down your cup and acted like everything is fine. You really wished everything could replay( Noona neomu yeppeo...Michyeo... Replay Replay Replay T^T.Author nim is gonna cry soon.) How you wish you had not gone for japan and stayed with Jimin.

Just then, you saw a familiar figure across the restaurant...
