Alex's pov
Sadly my weekend went by fast and it's already Monday morning. I wake up and check the time to see I'm practically late for school.
That's just great.
I rush out my front door and quickly run the distance to school. When I reach the school I already missed the first half of first period. This is where I'm lucky in a way because I start my first class periods of the day in the office.
I make my way into the office and smile at Miss. Oliver who shakes her head at me. I smile innocently at her and she laughs a little.
"Have a rough morning?" She asks and I tilt my head.
She laughs and hands me a hair tie. I take it questioningly and then realize my hair probably looks unbearable. I thank her and quickly put it up in a messy bun. I'm just thankful I remembered to put on my uniform and brush my teeth.
"You don't have your personal alarm clock anymore do you?" She asks with a playful grin and I laugh.
"Sadly not, this is going to be hard." I say and she laughs.
"I'm sure you'll be fine, plus it's good you both get some alone time. It'll just make seeing each other much more exciting." She says and I nod.
Our conversation gets cut off when principal Jung walks over to us with Quinn behind me. What is she doing here?
"Good morning Miss. Thompson, I didn't see you earlier." He says and I smile.
"That's because I had her run an errand for me." Miss. Oliver says and then sends me a quick wink.
I love this woman she's honestly the best.
"Well anyway, since we sadly lost Jungkook, I had to find someone new to be my office worker and this is where Quinn comes in." Jung says and Quinn shyly smiles.
"Alex can you please go over the basics of what she'll have to do? I would do it myself, but I'm running late to a conference meeting."
"Of course principal Jung." I say and he bows thanking me before leaving the office.
I turn to Quinn and she smiles at me. I send a smile back before leading her to Jung's office. I search through his desk before finding his old assignment sheets he gave Jungkook. I explain what it is and everything that she'd have to do. She seems to understand and I put away the old sheets.
"I don't think he printed out or made a new sheet for you, so I guess you get a study hall period." I say and lead us out of his office.
I take a seat at my desk and she sits in the one beside it. I figure she's just going to study or play on her phone, so I don't pay much attention to her. I continue to staple reports for Miss. Oliver and get up to turn them into her. Miss. Oliver isn't at her desk, so I assume she's just in the bathroom and I make my way back to my seat. Before I could do so, I feel a tug on my wrist and soon I'm pinned against a wall.
What the hell?
I look and see Quinn smiling at me while pinning my arms against the wall. I raise an eyebrow and tilt my head. What the hell is she doing?
"Uhh whatcha doin?" I ask and she giggles before turning serious in the matter of seconds.
Well that's not creepy at all.
She lets one of my arms go and reaches up to stroke the side of my face. I'm to confused and frozen in place to do anything.
"You're so beautiful Alex, do you know that?" She asks and stares intently in my eyes before looking me up and down.
