Whoops, updated 3 days early.

Hope you all had a very Merry Christmas, I got some really good gifts and it was great to spend it with my family. What was your favorite present? I got a brand new kindle so now I can read so many books :P I'm really excited for the new year because then I can finally say Fairy Tail will be released this year and not next year.

---(Y/N)'S POV---

Happy's eyes glisten, he quickly wipes it away with his paws. A smirk stretches across his face, adopting his partner's mannerisms as he flies down yelling, "Aye sir!"

His paws press hard against the lacrima, doing anything he can to stop the lacrima crashing into his newly discovered home. My heart warms, feeling blessed.

I watch my veins pop with strength, giving it everything I had as my hands shook above the rocks, the rock beneath my feet crumbled getting deeper into the island's interior.

"We're still gonna collide," Gray exclaimed, pushing against the lacrima.

Lucy shook her head in refusal, "No we can't!"

Erza, in her normal armor, ordered, "Give it all you got!"

The lacrima still moving closer towards Extalia, Nastu's growl was picked up in my senses. Concerned, I look at my best friend, his fangs protruded, his eyes white. "It's not gonna end this way!"

In the corner of my eyes, a blur as dark as night jumps down from atop the lacrima. I notice his hair was the black abyss itself, long and rugged, his clothes were dark and he had piercings studded across his face. I had no idea who this guy was, Gajeel? I think that was his name. I caught a whiff of his masculine scent, metallic and cold. His magic power was unique, maybe he is a Dragon Slayer like they claim. I saw the emblem of my guild tattooed on his bicep, no longer questioning his intentions. He may look intimidating but he was a member of our guild, and I had to stop my friends from dying in this magical crystal.

Pieces of rock harmlessly knock the crown of my head as dust gets caught in my lashes. Above me, the edge of the lacrima struck the border of Extalia.

No, not like this.

---3RD PERSON'S POV---

Every member of the team pushed with their might, as Lucy grunted a glow from above her intrigued her to look up as she was met with your screams of strength.

Your body was glowing a fluorescent green, inside yourself, you felt magic power be released from inside of you, like an opening gate to magic power.

Lucy's eyes sparkled underneath the light you produced, "(Y/N)?!" she cried out in question.

Your grunt and cries were heard over Extalia as you flexed your elbows, your biceps tense from the strength you gave. Your feet resting against Extalia's cliff face acting as a backboard for you to push off.

Lucy's hands slipped off from the lacrima as she felt it move again, but this time its path was opposed. From your strength.

Lucy watched in amazement, 'the true power of the Dragon Princess, it's...beautiful.'

You snapped aloud, unaware of your glowing body, "I refuse to give up," you retaliate, "We're pushing this thing back!"

Inspired, Natsu's rested his feet against the cliff's edge imitating your movements, supporting you, "You got to keep pushing!"
