For those who haven't noticed, this story is a little different I guess to other FT fanfics. I've chosen to do like my own thing rather than follow everyone else's footsteps and instead of focusing on just Natsu and yourself-I've chosen to follow your guild family as well. Because tbh Fairy Tail is a family-orientated guild and it's my favourite series that I love all the characters and they shouldn't be disregarded just for your's and Natsu's story. Each character has their own importance-give them a chance.

-----POPI'S POV-----

I finished greeting everyone at the market place on the way to the castle. A bag of fresh fruits and nuts from this world in my small paws.

I greeted the guards with a salute, that they returned, granting me permission to pass through. I walk down the fancy hallways arriving at my small room I have in the castle. This was my home now, but I hate it.

I miss the small second floor I lived in with (Y/N), and the little house with Natsu and Happy. The tree that ran through the house was like our playground as kittens while (Y/N), so young, would cook dinner for the four of us. Every night she'd cook something with fish for Happy, something spicy for Natsu and an apple dish-savoury or sweet-for me. The house was always warm and cosy, sure, it was a little messy but it gave the place character. Our large pin board on the second floor filled with our adventures from Natsu and (Y/N)'s first mission together to the last.

The place here was bland, a maid came to clean my room spotless every day, there was only a bed and a desk in the room and no achievements were recorded as papers-just embedded into my mind. It was cold, and barren.

I sigh loudly falling onto the bed staring up at the mural painted on my roof. A knock interrupted my daydream, "Come in," I grant.

The door creaks open with the officer who guards this area of the castle, "The two Exceeds who just completed their mission are arriving at the castle. You have been requested to greet them by Captain Nichiya and Minister Nadi."

"Okay," I reply feeling a surge of energy awake my spirit. I put on some clothes, a small skirt so my tail still has freedom to move and a loose shirt. I run out my door hoping to meet the new successful Exceeds. Hoping to ask what the mission really is, I hope they know.

---3RD PERSON'S POV---

The blue and white Exceed walked beside each other. One miserable with her face etched with guilt, and the other looked around the city concerned.

A shade of lemon dashed through the royal hallways, approaching the front gate of the royal palace. Four shadows appeared in her vision as she stopped in her tracks. Her small paw rested on her forehead with a salute, "Captain Nichiya and Minister Nadi."

The two successful Exceeds see the superiors in front of them stop. Happy and Carla look up from the ground. In the corner of his eye's, Happy sees the familiar shade of lemon and brown stripes on a tail. His head quickly snapped up seeing the saluting Exceed. Their eyes meet, Happy's paws shook beside his blue waist as the emotions rush through him.

"Ah yes, this here is our strategist. She's originally from Earth land and was sent on the same mission as you two," Nadi states, "She's Lady-"

Happy rudely cuts him off exclaiming loudly, "Popi?!"
