Castiel's POV
"Good evening, ma'am, my name is Castiel Novak. Does Greyson Abernathy live here by any chance?"
I asked the familiar woman in front of me.
She wore a long red maxi skirt and a brown tank top tucked into it neatly.
And her smile was intoxicatingly smug.
"He does. But, I'm afraid he isn't home at the moment. What would an angel such as yourself want with my boy anyway?"
I smirked a bit.
"I need him to heal my friends daughter. She was in a terrible accident and can't find her way back into her body. I know that a girl, his twin sister-"
She held up her hand and silenced me.
"Let me stop you right there, Castiel, I don't allow Greyson to perform magic like that anymore, it got his sister killed and I won't allow him to go down that road. These kids are all that I have and I'm down to two. I don't want Greyson anywhere near that kind of crap, especially not near you. Goodbye-"
She tried slamming the door in my face, but I grabbed the door before it could close.
"It's Kenna!"
She turned around slowly and faced me.
"Kenna? Oh, god..."

Kenna's POV
I waited patiently for Castiel to return.
Trying not to pay much attention to my body.
But soon I couldn't resist taking a little peek underneath the blanket.
I was deformed.
One of my arms was completely broken and the other was dark purple.
My stomach looked like it had been ripped open, and I could tell this from the stitches that went over my torso in a diagonal line.
My face was the worst of it all.
It cut and stitched, bruised and bloodied.
My nose most have been shattered telling from the bandages wrapped around it.
Even if Greyson could put me back in my body...did I really want to live in it?
I was mutilated, and even if I did awaken would I be paralyzed?
Quickly I realized I was psyching myself out and pulled the blanket back over my chest.
I sat back down on the chair and nestled my head in my hands.
The door in front of me creaked open and I looked up hoping to see Castiel, but no, it was my dad and Dean.
"Dad. Dad?"
I said as I tried to grab at him, but he just went through me.
I watched as he placed both of his hands on the railing of my hospital bed and looked down at me.
Tearing up as he studied my face.
"Fuck."
He muttered.
Dean seemed like he didn't want to look at all.
He stood in a corner twiddling his thumbs and watching Sam out of his peripheral vision.
"Sam...I don't like being in here. Can we please just wait outside?"
Dean asked quietly.
Sam didn't look up.
"Why? Oh right. You feel to guilty to look at her, at what you did. She's not even really her anymore. She's a fucking vegetable, because of you."
It was then that he looked up at Dean.
I could do nothing but watch as my dad grew angry at Dean for something he couldn't have stopped.
"You think I wanted this-"
Dean asked pacing closer to Sam.
"No. I think you only want Kenna when she's useful to you. You didn't even take a second to appreciate what she did for us. No, you started yelling at her for not doing it how you wanted. For all you know the longer she stayed out of her body...it could have killed her."
He scoffs and wipes his face.
"Not that it matters. Look at her."
Sam said pushing Dean back by his shoulders.
"Look at her."
Dean refused to look.
Sam pushed him again.
Harder this time.
"LOOK AT HER."
He screamed.
This time Dean did look and I could feel his heart break into pieces.
"Look at what you did to my baby."
Tears fell down my dads face.
Dean chuckled smugly.
"Your baby? You act like you've been fathering her at all recently. You don't know shit about what she's been going through."
I looked up in shock.
"Dean no."
I whispered to myself.
"Kenna went to go see her witch pals. All she wanted was answers. You wanna know what she found out? Kenna has always been a natural born witch. More powerful and destructive then she could have ever imagined. You weren't there when she needed help controlling her shit. You weren't there when she was in her room crying everyday when she woke up. But, I was. I was there for her. Not you."
Tears fell from my eyes like a river.
"She could have come to me-"
"Yeah, she tried that, but you ignored her at every fucking turn. Don't try to put all of this on me. Yeah I messed up, but you did too."
He said pushing Sam against a wall.
Sam pushed him back.
And soon they were throwing punches.
"Stop it."
I said as if they could hear me.
"Hey, you little shits, I said stop it!"
I said louder.
The fighting got more intense and Sam got a hard blow to the nose.
He started to bleed.
"STOP!"
I screamed as I grabbed the chair I had been sitting in and threw it across the room.
They both stopped fighting and looked at the chair in complete horror.
"Holy Swayze."
Dean muttered.
-
Sam and Dean sat down and waited in my room realizing now that I was watching them be morons.
Thankfully in silence.
That silence was only temporary as Cas stormed in with Rosella and Greyson trailing behind him.
Castiel didn't even look at the boys as he was quite fixated on helping me.
Greyson got to work immediately with finding the correct spell and Rosella started prepping his work station.
"What the hell is going on here?"
A doctor asked looking in on the chaos that was occurring.
Everyone looked up at him, stopping in their tracks.
Castiel snapped his fingers and the doctor fell to the ground.
Sam and Dean stood up in shock.
Cas rolled his eyes.
"Relax. he's asleep. Help me pull him inside."
As they did that Greyson and Rosella began the spell.
"Spiritus quidem ad conteram per velamen,"
They chanted loudly and in sync.
Moving their hands in a circular motion around my torso.
A red ring appeared under their hands.
I looked down at my torso and saw the same ring circling around me.
"Holy shit."
I said in amazement.
I walked over to the front of the bed and floated right over my body.
I felt like I was in space.
It was bliss.
"SPIRITUS QUIDEM UT DOMINUS EJUS!"
They both yelled out once and the room filled with a beautiful red light.
I opened my eyes as if for the first time.
