Sesshomaru's P.O.V
The reason why I wanted to be alone is to think about what happened last night and I don't want any destruction. I was here in the same field, the same place where Inuyasha and I hang-out together. Suddenly, illusions of Inuyasha and me appeared that we were trying to chase each other and disappeared.
The times we had together as brothers were unforgettable. Until, the time our father died, the conflict between us began. I grew hatred towards humans because our father married a mere human and gave birth to my half-demon half-brother. Suddenly, the things Inuyasha and I did long ago flashback in my mind.
Flashback
Inuyasha and I were hanging out together when he tripped on a log and sprained his ankle.
"Are you okay?" I asked
"No. I think I sprained my ankle." Inuyasha said
I barely wear gloves when I was only a teenage demon because I have poisonous claws. I gently wrapped Inuyasha's foot with a cloth and make sure I tie it tight.
"Can you walk?" I asked.
"No. My foot hurts a lot." Inuyasha said, crossing his arms.
I smiled. I gave Inuyasha piggy-back ride so his sprained ankle can rest. As we're walking in the cherry blossom field, the soothing scent of cherry blossoms perfumed the air.
"Isn't this a beautiful day, Onii-san?" Inuyasha asked
"It is, Inuyasha." I answered
"I like here being with you always. I couldn't barely let you go." Inuyasha said
"What if I'm not here, will you do those silly things without me around?" I asked
"No. I should rather be with father or hanging out here alone." Inuyasha answered
"Or you should be with your mother." I said
"Well. She's back in her castle, so she's not here." Inuyasha said
"I would rather say that you should be with father." I said
"Onii-san?" Inuyasha said
"Yes?" I asked
"Will you hate me when we grow up?" Inuyasha asked
I turned Inuyasha around and carried him in bride-style. Inuyasha gasped and wrapped his arms around my neck.
"Why would I hate you? You're my only little brother I had." I answered
"Will you protect me even though we got separated?" Inuyasha asked
"Until death, I'll protect you." I answered
"Promise?" he asked
"I promise." I said
Inuyasha lean his head on my chest and close his eyes.
"Onii-san?" he asked
"Hmm?"
"I love you." Inuyasha said and went to sleep with his head leaning on my chest
"I love you too." I said
I smiled as I watch Inuyasha sleeping peacefully.
End of Flashback
"Sesshomaru?"
I gasped when I heard someone calling me. I turned around. It was only Inuyasha.
"There you are. I've been looking for you everywhere." Inuyasha said
"What is it?" I asked
"You're not going to believe what we found."
Inuyasha's P.O.V
After I found Sesshomaru, we show him what we found beneath the carpet.
"Sesshomaru. I think this castle has a basement. Because, we found this trapdoor under the carpet after Jaken tripped it." Miroku said
"Open it." Sesshomaru said
Miroku and I grabbed the door handles and lift it open. We found some stairs.
"It's kind of dark down there." Shippo said
Suddenly, I noticed one of Sesshomaru's swords was glowing.
"Sesshomaru. Is that the Tenseiga glowing?" I asked
Sesshomaru unsheathed the Tenseiga. It was glowing blue. He stepped on one of the steps and starting to walk down.
"Uh. Are you sure about this?" Ayamara asked
Sesshomaru didn't answer. He kept walking until we reach the bottom. The Tenseiga's glow disappeared and we can only see our eyes glowing in the dark.
"Woah. It's dark in here." Shippo shivered, grabbing my leg
"Ayamara. Could you find any torches or light around here?" I said
"I don't know. But, I'm holding some string here." Ayamara said
Ayamara tugged the string and lights lit up.
"Wow. What room is this?" Jiamara said
*Sesshomaru, Inuyasha and their friends found a trapdoor underneath the carpet. When they reach the bottom, it was very dark.
