Inuyasha was running on the stairs and banged the door open. Kagome and the others gasped. They can't believe Inuyasha had returned. "Hey, guys! Miss me?!" Inuyasha said. "Inuyasha!" Kagome cried. Kagome and the others rushed over and hug him tight. "Hey. Can you let me go now? My body still hurts." Inuyasha said. Kagome and the others let go of Inuyasha and look at him with their sad eyes. "Hey. What's wrong? Are you not happy to see me?" Inuyasha asked. "We were. But, something terrible happened." Ayamara said.
"What? Tell me." Inuyasha said. "It's Sesshomaru." Shippo said. "What? What happened to him?" Inuyasha asked. Jiamara bit her lower lip and said in a sad voice. "He's very ill." "What?" Inuyasha said. "His body was affected with some kind of virus. His breathing was slow and his skin was pale." Jiamara answered. Inuyasha close his fists and grit his teeth. "He's looking for you, Inuyasha. You're the only one he's been looking for." Sango said. "And I presume that you have an antidote to save him." Miroku said. "Yes. I have it. It was given to me by a healer after she saved me." Inuyasha said.
"Hurry. Sesshomaru's dying! We don't have time to lose." Ayamara said. All of them rushed to Sesshomaru's room to gave the antidote to heal Sesshomaru. As soon they got there, Inuyasha looked at Sesshomaru's face. His skin was paler than before and he's breathing really slow. "Some kind of virus I say." Inuyasha said. "Gave him the antidote. Or he'll die in a few minutes." Ayamara said. Inuyasha opened the bottle and pour a few drops on Sesshomaru's mouth.
As they waited for the result, Sesshomaru gave up his last breath and lay dead. "No." Inuyasha said, his eyes were shaking. "It can't be true." Jiamara said. "Oh. Sesshomaru." Rin cried. "Why, lord Sesshomaru?! After my years of serving you, you can't die like this." Jaken cried. Inuyasha cupped his head with his hands and cried. "This can't be true. You can't die like this, Sesshomaru!" Inuyasha cried. Kagome and the others were crying really hard. Inuyasha cried beside Sesshomaru as he lets his tears flow hardly in his eyes.
"You promised that you never leave me. I wish we could still be together as brothers for very long time." Inuyasha cried. Suddenly, something was soothing his hair. He peek his head and his mouth was wide open. Sesshomaru's alive. "Sesshomaru?" Inuyasha asked. "You saved me." Sesshomaru said with a smile. Kagome and the others wiped their tears away and smiles really hard. "Lord Sesshomaru. I can't believe you're alive!" Jaken cried. Sesshomaru sit up and look at Inuyasha. "Inuyasha?" he said. "What?" Inuyasha asked.
Sesshomaru grabbed Inuyasha's hand and pull him towards him. Inuyasha's eyes widened. Sesshomaru was hugging him. "Thank you, little brother." Sesshomaru said. Inuyasha smiled and hugged his brother back. "Your welcome." Inuyasha said. Sesshomaru let go Inuyasha and look at their friends with teary but happy look in their eyes. "Gee, Jaken. Wipe your tears away. You're more like a baby crying for food." Ayamara said. "Why should I? I'm just happy that my lord was still alive." Jaken cried. "Sure you do." Ayamara said.
Inuyasha and the others just laugh. Sesshomaru laugh a little. Inuyasha can't believe that his brother could still laugh. "What do you think, Sesshomaru? Can you still travel and hunting demons?" Inuyasha asked. "I already made up my mind. Yes. Yes, I can." Sesshomaru said
As the group were walking along the path, looking for their prey when they met a dragon demon along the way. "Who are you?" Inuyasha asked. The demon wasn't paying attention. He's just staring at Ayamara. "Ayamara?" the demon said. Everyone was surprised. How did the demon know Ayamara?
*Sesshomaru lived after the antidote and his little brother's love cured him. Kagome and the others filled their eyes with tears of joy because the great demon lord was cured. The Inu brothers and their friends continue their adventure to hunt Naraku. As they were looking for their prey, they met a male dragon demon along the way. To everyone's surprise, the demon mentioned Ayamara*
