Rin's P.O.V
As we're walking along the main path, we can hear many strange noises coming from the woods nearby. Master Jaken look frightened.
"What's the problem, master Jaken?" I asked
"Nothing. The sounds from the woods frightened me." he answered
Suddenly, the wind turned very cold and the lakes and ponds freezes, also the ground. The leaves of the trees were also covered with ice. The animals started to shiver.
"What's going on? Why does the weather suddenly changed?" Kagome asked
"I don't know. But, I sense a strong aura heading this way." Inuyasha said
A demon with long white hair appeared. He was wearing a sleeveless top and ninja pants. An ice wind was surrounding his hands.
"Who are you?" Inuyasha said
Master Jaken and I were hiding behind some huge bushes that covered in ice. Master Jaken tried to stood up because he was slipping. I saw that he stuck the staff of Two heads in the frozen ground.
"Master Jaken. What are you doing?" I asked
"Trying to keep myself steady because I'm slipping over." he said
I was wondering what the others are doing right now. Who is that demon?
Inuyasha's P.O.V
Damn it. Who is this bastard? It seems that he's another one of Naraku's reincarnation. He's an ice demon like Toran.
"Who are you?" I asked
"The name's Laraku. It seems that it was your first time to see a demon with ice powers." the demon answered
Laraku. Sounds like Naraku. Not bad. Naraku wouldn't surely stopped sending his reincarnation to kill me or Sesshomaru. Now. We have another one after Myora's death.
"So. What the hell do you want exactly?" I asked
"Well. Naraku sent me to kill you and Sesshomaru! And now, I should start annihilating both of you!" Laraku yelled
Laraku started throwing us some kind of ice shards. We quickly dodged away from the shards as I yelled...
"Wind Scar!"
As the wind scar was about to hit him, I heard him yelled...
"Chains of Ice!"
Ice-like-spears blocked the wind scar.
"What the hell? How did he block my wind scar?" I thought
"You never thought that my magic was stronger than your Tetsusaiga's power?!" Laraku yelled
Suddenly, I heard a thundering power coming from Sesshomaru's direction. A green and yellow lightning hit Laraku. Laraku tried to ignore the pain, but it didn't work. He looked at Sesshomaru fearlessly. So, Sesshomaru release the Bakusaiga's power.
"So. You're still alive, demon lord? Myora already killed you. How did you come back?" Laraku asked
"It's none of your concern. It was your fellow bastard who killed me." Sesshomaru said
"I see. Myora is also dead. And, I can't be end up like how did you do to him!" Laraku yelled
Laraku started throwing ice flames at Sesshomaru. Sesshomaru was too fast. Laraku had a hard time hitting him.
"Lightning strike!" Sesshomaru yelled
Another power came out of Sesshomaru's Bakusaiga. This time, Laraku blocked. But still the Bakusaiga's power destroyed the barrier.
"My ice shield supposed to block that power? How come the power is so strong enough to break the whole shield?" Laraku thought
"Even though how many times you make your barrier, the power from the Bakusaiga can still break through." Sesshomaru said
"Damn it. It doesn't matter. I should finish you right now and take your heads to Naraku!" Laraku yelled
As Laraku was about to attack Sesshomaru, Sesshomaru dodged and pierced his Bakusaiga in Laraku's chest. Blood ran down in his chest and mouth as his kimono was already stained.
"Curse you." Laraku said and disappeared in a form of ice wind.
Sesshomaru sheathed his Bakusaiga as I went over and ask...
"Are you okay? You look exhausted."
Sesshomaru turned and looked at Inuyasha. I gasped when I saw blood dripping from Sesshomaru's mouth.
"Sesshomaru. Are you okay?" I asked
"I-Inuyasha?" Sesshomaru said and fainted, luckily Inuyasha caught him.
"Sesshomaru? Sesshomaru. Wake up." I cried
I suddenly felt something cold and wet on Sesshomaru's side. When I look at my hand, it was red.
"Blood? He's wounded?" I said
I looked at the ice sword that Laraku used during their fight, it was stained with blood. I felt my heart aching and my blood was boiling. Laraku had deadly wounded my brother.
"D-Don't worry, little brother. I-I'll be okay." Sesshomaru said
I carried Sesshomaru to take him back to the castle.
"Let's go back to the castle to treat his wound." I said
"We're right behind you!" Sango said as she and Kagome ride Kilala.
"Let's go, master Miroku!" Hadji said and transformed.
"Layumaru! Ayamara! Parskamaru! Jiamara! Come on!" Miroku said
"Right!" Layumaru said
"Rin. You, Jaken and Shippo should ride with us!" Miroku said
"Why?!" Jaken yelled
"Inuyasha will use Ah-Un to carry Sesshomaru. You know that Inuyasha can't carry him." Kagome said
"Fine!" Jaken snorted
As we fly in the sky, Sesshomaru leaned his head on my chest. I can feel his hands getting cold. His blood was still flowing. His kimono and my kimono was already stained with his blood. His skin is getting pale.
"Hang in there, Sesshomaru!" I said
"Look down there! There's Kaede's village!" Kagome yelled
"Let's go!" I said
*Sesshomaru was deadly wounded during his fight with the ice demon Laraku. Inuyasha can't let his brother die again only to save his life. Instead they went back to the Western Lands, they went back to Kaede's village. Luckily, Jiamara and Kaede work together to treat Sesshomaru's wound. Inuyasha was in his forest to cool his head when he noticed that the plants and animals turned into stone statues*
