- Amber's POV -
According to the microphones and sirens shouting around us, the building was surrounded with security. Which wasn't good for us.
"Amber, we're gonna die!" Josh shouted, I stopped and looked back at him.
"Why have you stopped they're gonna catch up!!" He screamed, I chuckled.
"Now we're going to die" I said sarcastically. I covered the corridors with huge bulletproof bubbles, which could stop anything from getting through them.
Josh grabbed my hand again and we began to run. My heart was beating faster than ever.
"I don't think we're going to escape" Josh said, I rolled my eyes.
"If you got in here alone, we can get out together" I said forcefully.
We came to a dead end, but we were on the ground floor.
"I have an idea follow me!" Josh shouted while letting go off my hand.
"Wait up! I need to protect you!" I shouted running after him, he took a short cut and sprinted back up the stairs again, I was so confused.
"Where are you going!" I shouted over the alarms, there was still men chasing us. One of them took a shot at me, but he thankfully missed.
Josh climbed all the way to the top floor, I was knackered.
"Hurry!" He shouted, I was right behind him. He stopped at a small room, we both went in and he locked it.
"Why're we in here?! It's a storage room!" I shouted, I heard the security running down the hall from outside.
Josh pointed up to reveal a huge hole in the ceiling, this kids a genius.
"Give me a boost" I said as he lifted me on to his shoulders, I climbed out of the hole and on to the roof.
"How am I going to get up now?!" Josh shouted, suddenly the storage room door busted open.. And there stood millions of guards. Josh looked up at me in fear.
I looked down at him and raised my arms gently, he began to float up, through the hole and on to the roof. The guards in the storage room began to try and shoot us, but we were long gone.
"How did you do that?!" Josh said, he was shaking.
"I think the knock out gas made me more powerful" I said with a laugh.
We came to the edge of the building, security standing on the ground below. There were also police cars, ambulances and even random people watching.
"A-Amber" Josh said while stuttering, I looked at him.
"I'm scared" He whispered, I smiled and hugged him.
"We'll be okay.. Watch this"
