I waited out in the hallway for Tyler to finish up, as I was waiting Horty, Seidy, and McQuaid came out of the locker room.
"Hey nice game tonight." Seidenberg said as he patted me on the shoulder.
I smiled "Thanks."
"Waiting for your boyfriend aren't ya?" McQuaid asked with a huge grin.
"Shhh! There might be reporters around."
Horty laughed "Who cares."
"Oh I'm sorry but I would like to not have my relationship with Tyler be known publicly. I'd rather have our staff and my teammates be the only ones who know."
"Aww she trusts us."
McQuaid then came over and placed me in a headlock. As he messing up my hair Tyler came out of the locker room. I heard him chuckling.
I got out of the headlock and shoved Adam a little "You jerk. You know I hate getting my hair messed up."
Tyler then came over and placed his arm around me "Come on we should get going."
"Ohh time to meet your girl's parents I see." Nathan smirked.
Tyler rolled his eyes "Yes, I'm going to meet Lauren's parents."
I tugged at Tyler's hand "Come on, we outta get going before it gets late."
Tyler nodded "Alright, see you guys tomorrow."
"Bye Segs, I hope to see you in one piece after tomorrow." Seidy teased.
I laughed and waved goodbye to the guys and as soon as Tyler and I got to my car I saw that he was a little scared.
"Ty are you okay?" I asked as we hopped into the car.
Tyler sighed "I'm going to meet your dad, and I'm the guy who is dating his teenage daughter."
I laughed and placed my hand on top of his "Aww don't worry my family is going to love you." I started the engine "But you might want to watch out for my brothers."
"Oh great."
I chuckled and pulled out of the parking lot.
Ogunquit, ME -6:15
"Ogunquit? I've never heard of it." Tyler stated as we drove by the town's welcome sign.
"Well you need to get out more."
"I thought your family lived in Andover."
I nodded "They do. We're going to my family's vacation cottage because god forbid that people are following us, and the last thing I want for them to know is where my family lives."
Tyler laughed and looked out the window. After a few short minutes we pulled up to the cottage. I went up the driveway and parked the car before turning to Tyler.
"Let's go meet the Armstrongs."
Tyler shook his head and hopped out of the car. I walked over and kissed him on the cheek. "Everything is going to be fine."
A smile appeared across his face and he tangled his fingers with mine. I smiled in return and as we got to the front door, I rang the doorbell and in less than thirty seconds it swung open.
