Before I even got the chance to open my eyes, I could feel the strings wrapping around my soul. My eyes flew open, a blood curdling scream escaping my lips as he tightened the strings just enough for them to hurt but not shatter my soul. Sans flew off the couch, teleporting to my bedside, a frantic look on his face.
"She's running out of resets stop!" Sans yelled, trying to pull the strings towards me so they'd loosen around my soul. Error chuckled, loosening the strings himself.
"B-b-better t-talk then, h-h-hm?" Error said smirking, my eyes wide as I was heavily breathing and clinging to sans. Sans took his jacket off, putting it over me as a form of comfort as he glared at Error. "T-t-tick t-t-tock" Error teased, waving a finger on his free hand as he slightly tightened the strings grip, making me wince from pain.
"Fine! just stop you're hurting her!" Sans yelled, his grip tightening on my as he pulled me towards his chest as a feeble way to protect me. Error released his grip, smirking. Sans sighed, his voice trembling. "Honey.... I've... done a lot of things I shouldn't..." he started, making me curious as to what would be so bad that he's this afraid to tell me. He sighed, glaring at Error for a moment before looking at me with fear in his eyes. "When I work for him.... i'm usually killing.... I kill people from AU's.. innocent people who's never done anything wrong. For no reason whatsoever, just the fact that I can. That i'm stronger. It wasn't for the xp. for the LOVE. it wasn't to eat. it was just to KILL. it was for fun, a sport. I cared about no one, took pity on no one. No mercy whatsoever. I was a stone cold killer." he said, casting his eyes down, laying his head on my shoulder as he sobbed. "Please... don't leave me for my past..... i'm no better then those men you told me about on the surface...." he mumbled, holding onto me. Error wore a victorious smirk.
"W-w-well... now that that's h-happened. M-M-might as well do this so her p-p-path can keep g-g-go-going. Maybe at the END y-y-you'll realize, just w-w-who you were a-always m-m-mean-meant to be." Error said, quickly clenching his fist making the strings around my soul tighten, shattering it once again.

I sat up, letting out a blood curdling scream, hoping it was all just a dream. Sans was already beside be, his jacket off ready to wrap around me. I trembled as I recalled what had happened, Sans hesitantly covering me with his jacket, which I slipped my arms through. The room had no evidence of the past deaths except for the memories locked inside my brain, permanently branded inside.
"Wanna grab something to eat and leave?" He asked and I shook my head.
"Let's just leave.... I've lost my appetite...." I mumbled. He nodded, understanding. I wasn't too surprised by his confession of killing. He had that sadistic aura radiating off him at the beginning, though its worn down by now. But, it also unsettled me, he killed as a sport. he was like the men, only one less trait. He didn't take advantage of women. I understood that he's changed since he met me, so I didn't really think about it and I tried not to let it affect me. Sans made the gloves appear and I slipped them onto my hands as he pulled his hood over my head. I zipped it up as I followed him out the door and down the stairs, watching as he checked us out of the hotel.
