The following day, I went to school and had a normal day. Sorta. Well, normal for a pregnant girl that everyone knows about. It was as normal as it could be I guess.
I walked down the white hallways to my locker like usual to get my books before heading home. I should invite Cami over. I really miss her.
"You, me, formal Saturday night?" Xander smirked, leaning up against the locker next to mine. I looked at him annoyed since this was his 20th time trying to get me to go to the formal with him SINCE LAST NIGHT!
"I think not," I replied, grabbing my textbooks and closing my locker. "Are you done trying yet?"
"I think not," he mimicked, crossing his arms.
"Well, have fun trying then," I chuckled, walking away from him. I should find Cami.
me 3:21pm: where are you?
Cami 3:22pm: in the parking lot, why?
me 3:22pm: just wondering. See you in a bit!
I ran to the parking lot to catch Cami before she left. I found her walking up to her red car so I ran up to her.
"Cami!" I called, slowing down. She turned and looked at me with a smile.
"Oh, hey M," she walked over to me while I put my hands on my knees, trying to catch my breath. Oh god I'm out of shape.
"I feel like I haven't seen you in forever," I said to Cami while trying to catch my breath.
"It does feel like that, doesn't it," she chuckled softly.
"So are you free to hangout?" I asked, looking up at her with my hands still on my knees.
"Actually..I'm not," she replied, scratching the back of her head awkwardly. "I'm going to be with that cute guy on a little date."
"What! You never told me this!" I squealed, happy for my best friend. "So what are your plans?"
"We are going to watch a movie in theatres then go for a winter walk," she grinned.
"Don't you hate the cold?" I questioned.
"So? That means he will keep me warm," she smirked. "Anyways I better go get ready for it."
"Alright, see ya!" I waved, walking over to my white car. I hopped in and started to drive home so I can lay in my bed and watch Netflix.
I opened the front door and walked inside, sighing in relief. Finally I'm home!
"How was your day hunny?" my mom asked from the kitchen. I walked over to her and shrugged, grabbing an apple from the basket on the counter.
"Same as always," I replied, taking a bite out of the juicy apple. "Why do apples taste like heaven right now??"
"Because your little one is hungry," she replied with a chuckle.
"Whatever," I laugh softly. "I'm going to go to my room and chill. Also I need food to munch on."
"Remember be to active too. It helps with your pregnancy! AND DON'T WASH WALLS!" She hollered as I walked to my room.
"THANKS FOR THE TIP!" I yelled back with a laugh. I walked into my room while dialling the pizza place in town. Usually I don't like pizza, but I'm really craving it right now.
"Yes, can I get a large pepperoni pizza with a two litre of iced tea," I told the man on the phone. "Alright, thank you."
I guess I have to wait twenty more minutes to eat. Maybe I should ask Hailee if she wants some pizza.
