Douaa's P.O.V.
As boring as this may seem, which is very, I spent the rest of the weekend sleeping and solving some homework. Staying by yourself for such a long time can somewhat make you act creepy, but I think I got used to it. Atleast I can sleep in peace whenever I feel like. Did I mention my passion to sleeping?
My alarm started vibrating in a muffled sound, and when I got up, I realised that I've kept many books on it, and all around it. I glanced at my messy room, and finally came to the realization that I did NOTHING in this weekend.
Adding insult to the injury, I have to go. I graped a long sleeved plain black shirt with a light blue jeans, which seemed the most comfortable thing I have, and headed towards shower. Half an hour later, I got out pulling my hair into a high pony, and took my bag running towards school, hoping not to be late.
As always everyone was chatting in the long corridor waiting for the bell. I went straight to my locker to switch some books, and just as I shut my locker, I saw Leena walking towards me.
- "Why didn't you text me back yesterday?? That was so strange", she said, having already reached me.
-"I might have accidently ended up sleeping the whole day after solving my homework", I shrugged.
- "I only believe you, because I know you would do it, like who the hell sleeps 20 hours a day but you!?", she chuckled.
-"That's a talent! No need to tell me how unique I am", I replied flipping my hair, and gaining an eye roll.
The bell soon rang, and I headed towards the maths class. "See you at lunch!"? Leena shouted moving away. I didn't reply, because I knew she wouldn't have heard me by then.
I sat in my normal seat beside Randa, whom I assume was sitting for a long time, waiting for the class to begin. We were engulfed in the normal chat about how the weekend went by quickly until the teacher announced the beginning of the class.
I was busy sorting my "supposed to be homework", thinking about how I started to get really messy lately, but I think it's just the crowded mind of mine I have to deal with. When I finished, I took a look at the class, which was finally full by now . I noticed Jace, who was staring at me for some reason, sitting across the class. He smirked when my eyes met his, causing me to roll my eyes, before turning my attention to the teacher, who was already in the middle of the lesson.
The classes went by as boring as ever, the only good thing being that we have no homework until now.
-"Hola everyone", I sat next to Leena at our lunch table, as they all greeted back.
- "I heard we're going to have a camping trip sometime soon!", Mark said, being over excited.
-"That better not be one of those stupid rumors Mark!", I scolded
- "No, not this time atleast. Anyways, if it's true I think we'll enjoy a lot", Mark replied
- "I really miss trips! We didn't have one since ages", Leena commented.
- "Hey guys", Jace said, sitting next to me, "What trip are you talking about?", he asked Leena, being the one caught talking about it.
-"Mark said we're probably going to have a camping trip", Leena explained.
- "Cool, I love camps", he replied.
