Dynasty's POV

I was so excited for the Alphas ball because this year the whole pack was going. Usually it was just for guests of the higher ranks being Alpha, Beta and Omega. Invite only. It was because the Alpha's son had come of age and he was looking for his mate. Obviously I wouldn't be his mate but it was just fun to go. 

My girl Zapora was coming with me so I would have someone to get wasted with.

I had just gotten out of the shower to find the damn bitch going through my clothes.

"Bitch get your ass out of ma closet."

She carried on rummaging through my clothes.

"Girl you know that aint gonna stop me. I need an outfit for the ball and your clothes are lit."

Inrolled my eyes at my best friend. What would I do without this hoe. I walked to my closet and pushed her aside so I could get my outfit. It was a black two piece dress that brought out my curves.

I put it on and looked at myself through the mirror.

I stopped admiring when i saw Zapora squealing behind me.

"Damn girl. Black girl booties rule. "Zapora was wearing a red open dress that traced her body as much as mine. She was starring at her ass which caused me to look at mine. Then we both broke out in laughter.

"Zapora I don't know why you dressing up when Matt is just going to end up taking of your clothes either way."

"Girl you know I'm a tease." Zapora winked at me before adding another coat of lipstick.

I let my hair down after i straightened it. I wasn't old enough to find my mate yet. I would be tomorrow though or after midnight. Which is another reason why i was exited for the ball. I would get to find my mate.
I was pulled out of my thoughts when Zapora slapped my ass.

"Girl your mate is one lucky man. That ass is just begging to be slapped. "

I giggled and slapped her right back. "You know it babes. He gonna get what's coming to him."

We both started giggling historically but stop when we heard a low growl. We stopped and saw Mattew standing by the door and looking totally pissed.

"Babe you are not going out like that. "

"Why? " Zapora asked innocently

"Because me being turned on all night will..."

I groaned before Matt finished speaking. "Matt keep the dirty talk to your bedroom. Lets go Z. See at the ball Matt."

I dragged Zapora out of my room and down the stairs. I lived on my own. My parents had died when i was younger but I didn't know how. I was raised by Zapora's parents until I got my own place.

We were soon at the pack house. Our first stop was obviously the bar. We started with some shots to loosen up. I didn't want to be wasted incase my mate was here. Sometime after, Matt came and took Zapora for some fun. I was left alone. I had a few drinks before I went out on the dance floor. A number of guys asked to dance but I declined because I was still waiting on my mate.

It was now slightly after midnight. So i started looking for my mate. I searched around the pack house. Then the smell of woods and pinecone filled my senses.

My wolf, Azure started pacing in my mind.

Girl if you don't find our mate soon...

Calm down Azure. The scent is getting closer.

It was coming from upstairs. I rushed up the stairs and went down the hall. I kept walking until I saw the one person I never thought would be my mate.

Kale!

Kale's POV

I couldn't believe this. I'd been cursed with a weakling omega as a mate. I was hoping one of the Alphas' daughters that i had invited would have been my mate. My wolf howled in pleasure.

I think she sexy. Mark her now!

Shut up Malik. Im not marking anyone and im sure as hell not mated to such a weakling. I'll find my own mate and Luna.

I glared at her and she shifted uncomfortably. I walked forwards and she walked back.

Fear.

She was too weak.

She was at th edge of the staircase When I lifted her up by her neck. Tears started streaming down her cheeks.

"Look at it. Pathetic. Weak."

I threw her down the stairs and she tumbled down. An audience had gathered. She slowly got up and looked at me tears flowing down her cheeks. One of her freinds, a girl in a red dress came and helped her up. I scoffed at the action as it proved she was weak.

I wanted to rule with power unlike my father. This pack would be number one and weakness would not be tolerated.

Her freind had left her to stand by herself now. But she stood close by.

"I Kale Mclain reject Dynasty Black as my mate and Luna."
