Chapter Eighteen

Emilio's POV
(3 days later)
This has been the longest three day of my life. Jake and Logan had to kick me out of the hospital. I needed to go back to the house. Apparently people were worried about me. So I went home. I tried to go back but Jake had told everyone not to let me leave. Ivan and I filmed videos and when I was going through to comments people where happy to see me back but they knew that something was going on.
I woke up this morning to my phone going off it was Isabelle.

Mi Amor🌹: Good morning!
Emilio: I can't wait to see you today!
Mi Amor🌹: About that...
Emilio: What is going on?
Mi Amor🌹: Well, my rib isn't as good as they hoped. I'm staying here for one more day.
Emilio: Oh no babe. I'm so sorry.
Mi Amor🌹: It's fine. I miss you so much. Why haven't you come and visited?
Emilio: No one will let me go! I've tried, believe me, I've tried. Apparently I'm not allowed to see you until you come back.
Mi Amor🌹: Well I miss you so much. And I wish you could come visit me.
Emilio: Me too.
Mi Amor🌹: Gtg. See you tomorrow.
Emilio: Bye Mi Amor

I miss her so much. Ivan came in and saw that I was kinda down.
Ivan: Wanna go swimming?
Emilio: Not really.
Ivan: Well you can't just sit in here just being sad. Ok. I'll go do something.
Ivan: Great.
(Ten minutes later)
Ivan: Okay, you know what I meant.
Emilio: What I did something.
Ivan: Sitting in Isabelle's room being sad is not what I meant.
Emilio: Fine. Wanna go watch Stranger Things?
Ivan: I heard about this show called Beyond Stranger Things.
Emilio: Sounds good.
We watched the entire season. It helped me take my mind off of Isabelle being gone. But as soon as it was over Isabelle came back into my mind. God I miss her. I played video games with Ivan for the rest of the day. We ate pizza for dinner. That night I couldn't sleep.
I got up and walked to Isabelle's room. I got in her bed and fell asleep.
Isabelle's POV
I missed Emilio so much. And I know he missed me too. Jake and Logan both stayed with me for the rest of my time in the hospital. We where about to go to bed when I realized that I missed Emilio and I wanted him to be with me.
Isabelle: Logan.
Logan: Yeah sis?
Isabelle: Can you pass me that blanket?
I said pointing at the blanket in the couch.
Logan: Sure.
Isabelle: Thanks.
He handed it to me. It smelled like Emilio. Man am I in love with him. That blanket was my little pice of Emilio for the four days I didn't get to see him.
I woke up he next day to Jake and Logan sitting on the edge of the hospital bed.
Isabelle: What do you want?
Jake: Are you ready?
Isabelle: For what?
Logan: The nurse came in and confirmed it.
Isabelle: I can leave!
Logan and Jake: Yeah.
Isabelle: Let's go!
I got up and felt sharp pain in my side.
Logan: They said that your rib was gonna hurt for the first couple of days. But you can just take Advil.
Isabelle: Okay.
We walked downstairs and Jake helped me into the back of the Yeti. We drove home listing to Why Don't We. When Logan rounded to corner onto the street where the house is, my heart started racing. I couldn't wait to see Emilio. And yano, everyone else, but mainly Emilio. When Logan pulled into the driveway, the door of the house was flung open, I could see Emilio, he looked a little worried. But when Jake opened the door and helped me out I looked at him and we smiled at each other. I ran to him, he picked me up and spun me around.
Isabelle: Ow, ow.
Emilio: I'm sorry.
Isabelle: It's fine. I missed you.
I said hugging him tight. He hugged me too. Everyone else started to come out. I told them all hi and have everyone hugs. I liked for Chance but he wasn't there. I managed to slip away from everyone. I went inside and saw him on the couch. He looked sad. I was gonna go talk to him when Jake proposed that we all go get some food. It was a great idea. We all piled into the Team Ten Van. I sat between Emilio and Chance. It was really awkward. We drove to a Chinese restaurant that was about 45 minutes away from the house. It was really good. The twins and I shared fried rice. We got back home and everyone went off to their rooms. I finished editing my vlog for the day. I was waiting for it to upload so I went to the kitchen to get some water. I was walking past the living room when I saw Chance sitting on the sofa looking really sad. I got some water and sat down next to him.
Isabelle: Whats the matter?
Chance: Nothing.
Isabelle: I know you Chance. Something is up. You can tell me.
Chance: Fine. I miss being with you.
Isabelle: Chance. You've got to understand that we are over. Okay. I've moved on and so should you.
Chance: But I can't. I miss you Isabelle.
He leaned in to kiss me. He move to quickly for me to pull away at first. When his lips hit mine I pulled away quickly. I heard a noise from upstairs. I looked and saw Emilio. He looked at me with tears in his eyes. He ran into him and Ivan's room and closed the door. I turned to Chance and slapped him.
Chance: What the hell?
Isabelle: Are you kidding me?!?! You just kissed me! And now my boyfriend is gonna think I'm cheating on him with you.
Chance: But I heard you crying. I know you miss me.
Isabelle: I did. But not anymore. You just ruined the only relationship I was ever happy in. Thanks a lot asshole.
I stormed up to my room. I slammed the door.
