Isabelle's POV

We have been in the hospital for 5 minutes and I'm all ready bored to death. The only people who came were Emilio, Ivan, Logan,Jake, my Mom, and Emilio's Mom. The others stayed to clean up but would be coming later. Tessa is gettin got the next flight in. And the WDW boys will be back in a day. I can't believe I'm about to give birth at seven months.
Dr. Hemmings: Hello, Isabelle. are you ready. This is a big day.
Isabelle: Yes ma'am I am.
Dr. Hemmings is a the doctor I've been going to since the bleeding and having to be on bed rest. She is really nice. She walked me through the procedure and then left to get a few things. Basically I had to do various things to speed things along. It was a lot of walking around. Right now, according to Dr. Hemmings, I'm 2 centimeters dilated and my contractions are 3.5 minutes away.

It has been a rough 4 minutes. Isabelle has had 1 contraction and she gets more terrifying the more it happens. I just can't wait for the doctor to give her the drugs.
Dr. Hemmings: Alrighty. You have everything you need. The nurses will be in and out and I'll be back in an hour. If something major happens, let the nurses know and they will contact me.
Isabelle: Define major.
Dr. Hemmings: If your contractions slow, or if they happen a lot more frequently.
Isabelle: But they will get more frequent, won't they.
Dr. Hemmings: By that I mean if you go from having them every 3 minutes to every 1.5 minutes.
Emilio: Okay. Thank you Doctor.
Dr. Hemmings: No problem.
Isabelle's POV

My mom came in and help Emilio deal with me. These things they are making me Do is bs. I even told them but they said I have to do them for another hour and a half. Tessa texted me that her flight is at 4:55. I told her by then I'll probably have already had them. Sadly that was the closest one. Emilio is going to go insane, whether it be the fact he could be a Dad at any moment or the fact that I am being a total pain in the ass right now. The last time Dr. Hemmings came in she told me I was still 2 centimeters deflated but my contractions are now 2 minutes apart. I have no idea what any of this means but I hope I can get the drugs soon.

I swear if she doesn't get those drugs soon I'm gonna stab some one. She is screaming and her mom is combating her but literally nothing is working at this point.

Dr. Hemmings: Alright Isabelle you have been doing great. Looks like those things I told you to do are really helping out.
Isabelle: That's great. *pain noise*
Emilio: Can we get her the drugs now.
Mom: Please.
Dr. Hemmings: Will do. Nurse Clifford will be right in with them.
Everyone else: Thank you.
I'm 3 centimeters dilated and contractions are still 2 minutes apart. We are in here for the long hall.

We have been here for 5 and a half hours. I'm starting to think that these twins are never coming. Mrs. Paul went to get food and some of the others. In her place, we have Ivan. He is so lucky that he got here after she had the drugs. She has had so many contractions and she's not feeling anything. It gives me time to really freak out about the fact that I'm gonna be a Dad soon.

It's time it's time! I think. I am 10 centimeters dilated and my contractions are so close that I can't even tell. But I am also on drugs so I just don't feel anything. Dr. Hemmings just came in.
Dr. Hemmings: Okay Isabelle and Emilio. It's time.

It's been ten minutes and we are finally starting. I can't believe this. I'm gonna be a mom!

Isabelle: I can't do this anymore. I can't.
Dr. Hemmings: Come on Isabelle you've got this.
Isabelle: No, I can't. I can't do it.
Emilio: Babe, babe, look at me. I'm right here.
I looked him in his glorious blue eyes.
Emilio: It's only 5 more minutes of pain then a lifetime of happiness.
Those words pushed me to do it. And well...
Third Person POV
And then in that moment everything changed. There was not longer boyfriend and girlfriend, but now mother and father.
Dr. Hemmings: Congratulations. It's a boy.
Emilio and I got so excited. But there was still one more person that had to join us.
Dr. Hemmings: It's a girl.
Emilio's POV
After that, it was just crying. Lots of crying. They took away the new babies and had to go do a lot of tests to make sure that they were healthy.
Isabelle: Oh my god. It's a boy and a girl.
Emilio: Just like we wanted.
Isabelle: I love yo-
Before she could finish, she was fast asleep. And I quickly followed.
