Chapter Twenty Six

Isabelle's POV
(4 days later)
Today is March 1st. Which means, it's my birthday!!!! I woke up to sweet kisses from Emilio.
Emilio: Happy Birthday princess.
Isabelle: Good morning.
Ivan: We made you breakfast!
Ivan set a tray down on my lap. It was some OJ and something that was covered on it.
Isabelle: Whats that?
Emilio: Well...
Ivan pulled away the covering. It was a Triple Decker Eggo Extravaganza!

Hopper made it for Eleven in Stranger Things.
Isabelle: You guys made this?!?
Ivan: Yup. We got up at like 6 just to get it perfect.
Emilio: It was actually pretty hard to make.
Isabelle: You guys are the best. But, I can't eat all of this by myself.
Ivan and Emilio: We were hopping you would say that.
It was kind of gross. I ate like two bites. They didn't like it much either.
Ivan: That is terrible.
Emilio: What did you think. I had like 6 different types of candy and a crap ton of whipped cream.b
Isabelle: Yeah. I still love the thought. Should we go downstairs?
Emilio: Sure.
We got up and went downstairs. I had told everyone that we should do something that night so everyone was doing their own thing. But they all told me happy birthday. I was still hungry so I made normal Eggos. Logan texted me last night and told me to come over to his house. I went upstairs and got ready for the day. I put on a T-shirt that said cute on it, some jean shorts, and some Addias.

I walked downstairs and Emilio was looking me up and down.
Isabelle: In your dreams Martinez.
Emilio: Dreams can come true.
I just rolled my eyes and got in my car. I drove to Logan's house. I opened the door and the whole gang was their. The WDW boys were singing Happy Birthday, Logan, Andy, and Brendon picked me up and made me an arm throne. After all the chaos was over Logan told us to go the living room for presents. Logan got me diamond Maverick earrings to match the necklace he got me for Christmas. Brendon got me a drone. Andy gave me a cookbook with his original recipes. Daniel got me a signed 1/5 Seavey shirt because, "we are bffs now" according to me and him. Corbyn got me a custom WDW phone case. Jack got me a Sephora gift card. Jonah got me an iTunes gift card. Zach got me a rose gold Fidget Spinner. They also got me a present from the entire group. I got VIP tickets to their show in LA. If you told me like August that I would become best friends with Daniel and Corbyn and get VIP tickets to one of their shows I would ask you if you needed help. Andy made a great five layered cake. We ate the entire thing. I was talking with my besties Daniel and Corbyn and telling them what it's like living in the Team 10 house when my phone went off.

Emi💙: Do you wanna go somewhere for dinner tonight. Just you and me?
Isabelle: Like on a date?
Emi💙: Yeah.
Isabelle: Sure. How does 6 sound?
Emi💙: Perfect

Daniel: Who was that?
Isabelle: Emilio. He wants to take me out tonight.
Corbyn: Ooooo! Isabelle's got herself a date!!!
Isabelle: Corbyn! Shut Up!
Everyone except Isabelle: Ooooooooooo!
Andy: With who?
Daniel: Her boyfriend Emilio.
Isabelle: Shut up!
Corbyn: The are gonna do it!
Daniel : Yeah. And they are gonna kiss and it gonna be gross.
Isabelle: Shut up asshole.
We all got a good laugh out of that.
Corbyn: Just kidding. I'm happy for you.
Daniel: So am I. We just wanna mess with you.
Isabelle: Okay. I told you guys about life in the Team Ten house. Now, what's it like in the WDW house?
They told me about what it's like living in the WDW house. It sounds pretty cool. Soon enough it was 5 and I had to go get ready for my date with Emilio. When I got back Tessa was waiting. I had told her to help me get ready. She made me try on like ten different outfits before finding the right one. She ended up picking a cute polka dot shirt, a pink skirt, and a let her jacket.

She did my hair in a fishtail braid that goes down the side of my head and into a ponytail

And my makeup was very classy.

When she was done Tessa looked at me.
Tessa: I'm a proud Mama.
Isabelle: I'm nervous.
Tessa: Don't be. You look killer.
Isabelle: I'm not worried that I won't look good. I've never really been on a fancy date. Chance and I only ever went to the movies or not really fancy restaurants. What if I mess up?
Tessa: Mess up what. You couldn't mess up even if you tried.
Isabelle: Thanks Tessa.
Tessa: No problem. Now, let's go send you off on that date.
We both got up and left her room. I saw that Emilio was talking to Ivan. He had his back to me.
Isabelle: Ready for our date?
Emilio spun around and his jaw dropped.
Emilio's POV
Damn! She looked perfect.
Emilio: You look amazing.
Isabelle: Thanks. You look great too.
Emilio: Shall we?
I held my arm out and she wrapped her arm around mine. We walked out to her car and she got in the drivers seat. I really need to get a license. We drove to a restaurant that she had been talking about for a while. It was actually really good. We were eating when I got a text from Jake.

Jake: We are good to go here. How bout you guys?
Emilio: Eating. Almost done.
Jake: Let me know when you guys are on your way.

Isabelle: Who ya textin?
Emilio: Ivan. He wanted to know how to work the toaster.
Isabelle: Didn't you guys make me a thing with Eggos this morning? He doesn't know how to work the toaster but he can make Eggos.
Emilio: I made the Eggos. He got all the candy ready.
Isabelle: Okay then.
We finished up dinner. I paid and we left. I texted Jake. We pulled into the driveway and got out of the car.
