The beast is covered in shaggy hair. It's blondish on tope of its head but becomes more of a grey lower than its neck. Canine teeth flash in its open mouths and salibpve strings down its lips. It's eyes are vaugly human and full of fury. It's hands are more human than anything else though they are cobpbered in fur. The most surprising thing about them is the lack of nails except for on the Pinter finger and thumb. There the beast has sharp claws. It's feet are more like paws with claws on every toe. The beast has on a ripped to small shirt and a tie and what may have once been nice dress pants.
I bite my lip and stare it strait in the eyes. "You." It growls. "Your her, the girl." It's voice is rough and surprises me. "Who?" I Ask my voice meek. "Your father." It spits. "He tried to steal from me. My precious rose." A rose? Of course! "A- a rose?" I Ask. It's head snaps toward me again as if it had forgotten I were here. "Yes a rose! I told him bring back a girl." It mutters. "He did the job well, come." It said come as if it expected me to follow, however it grabs me by the waist and throws me over its shoulders like a sack of potato's. "Let go of me!" I plead. "Please!" It grunts. "Don't you want to see your thriving father?" That shuts me up quick.
"Well?" It growls. "Yes." I whisper. It carries me back down the stairs and I watch in aw as each of its dusty footprints disipear as if sucked into the floor as soon as he steps away. It carries me down another flight of stairs into a suspiciously clean jail cell. I see a man huddled in the corner shivering and immediatly run over to him. "Father!" I cry falling to my knees. He looks up and I fall into his embrace. "Oh my dear Belle." He whispers into my hair. "You shouldn't have come." I sob. "I couldn't leave you." He puts me at arms length. "How did you find me?" I wipe at my eyes. "The rumors-" and that's all I have to say before he nods. The beast grunts. "So she's she take your wretched place or no?"
"No!" My father cries. "No Belle! You must go home!" No father!" I cry. I turn toward the beast. "I will take his place." My father grabs my arm as I struggle to stand. He wipes the blood from my cheek. "No Belle you brave girl, I am old. You have your whole life ahead of you. You are going to do great things." I nod. "Yes Father, I will do great things." He sighs in relief. "Starting with saving you." I push him out of the cell and close the door. The beast looks down surprised. For the first time he doesn't seem so visious. He looks at me curiously. My father scrambles up and clutches the bars. "No Belle!" I hold his hand. "I love you father." I whisper. Then I let him go. I cry as the beast drags him away. He cries for me and I weep because I've probably just said goodby to my father for the last time.
