Chapter 20

*Madie P.O.V.*

I walk to me and Luke's secret place. I walk up to a tree and climb it. I sit there and watch the cloud roll by and I swing my feet back and forth. "Madie?" I look down and see Luke. "Hey." I said and he climbed the tree. He sat down next to me. He held on to my waist and I lean my head on his shoulder. "Baby?" Luke asked. "Hm?" I asked. "I love you Madie you know that right?" he asked and I smile as he hold my hand, intertwining our fingers. "Yes I know that." I said. "I just can't believe we've been dating for five years!" I said and he chuckled. "I know... Me too." he said. "C'mon." Luke said and climbed down the tree. "What are you doing?" I asked. "Just c'mon down that tree right now and you'll see!" he said and I sighed. I climbed down the tree. "What?" I asked. "Now follow me." he said and grabbed my hand in his and held it as we walked to a part of the forest I've never seen before! It's beautiful! There's a lot flower and butterfly's flying around. "Wow." I said and he smiles and lets go of my hand. "Um Madie... I've been meaning to ask you this for a long time now." he said. "Luke? What are yo-" I cut off myself when I saw him get down on one knee and pull out a ring!! "Madison Hope Styles will you marry me?" he asked. I started to tear up and I smile. "Yes." I said and he put the ring on my finger. He stood up and opened his arms. I jumped into them and hugged him tightly. I kiss him passionately. We pull away and he smiles at me. "When are we having the wedding?" I asked. "Tomorrow!" he said and I hugged him again. We start to walk back to the tree. "Are you already planning it?" I asked as we swing our hand as we walk back to the tree. "Yes actually." He said, scratching the back of his neck neck, embarrassed. "Aww babe, that's sweet of you." I said and he grins at me. "You'll live it! It's outside, just like you would've liked it." I smile at him. "Thank you." I said and Luke nods. "Well I have to go." He said and hugged me. I hug him back and he kissed my head. I grin and pull away. I watch him leave before I run over to Starr's. I knock on the door and Starr answered it. "Hey Madie. What are you doing here?" she asked. "I have to tell you something." I said and we walked upstairs to her room. "So what is it?" she asked as we sat on her bed. I show her the ring and she gasped. "Oh. My. GOD! Madie, he proposed!" she said and I nodded, smiling. "Oh my god. I'm so happy for you!" she said. Starr and I started jumping up and down and squealing. "What's happening in here?" Liam asked as he walked in. I look over at Starr and she nodded. I show him and his mouth dropped open. "Luke proposed?" he said and I nod. Liam hugged me and I hugged him back.

"I'm so happy for you! When are you havering your wedding?" he asked. "Tomorrow." I said. "Madie we need to get you a dress!" Liam said. "BUT! First you have to tell Harry, Edward, and Marcel!" he said. My stomach twisted in nots when he said that. "Starr can you come with me?" I asked and she nods. "Ok well bye Liam." I said "Bye Madie! Good luck!" he said before Starr and I left to my house. We walk inside and I see Harry on the couch, watching TV. "Um Harry?" I said and he turned around. "Yes?" he asked. "Can you go get Edward and Marcel? We need to have a family meeting." I said and he nodded and went upstairs to get them. A minute later they came downstairs. "What is it?" Harry asked. I take in a deep breath. I show them the ring and their faces break out into smiles. "He did it." Edward asked and I look at him confused. "You guys knew?" I asked and they nod. "Who else is he gonna ask permission from to have your hand in marriage?" Harry asked. "Oh yah. I forgot." I said and they hug me and hug them back. "When's the wedding?" Marcel asked. "Tomorrow." I said. "Go get a dress with Starr! Right now!" they said at the same time which made me laugh. "Ok, ok we're going." Me and Starr get in her car and we drive to the wedding dress store to find me a dress. Half an hour later we get there and we start looking. Starr found this dress that has a sweetheart neckline with no straps and its one of those dresses that are short on the front and long in the back. I try it on and it fitted me perfectly! I walk out of the dressing room and Starr almost started crying! "You look so beautiful Madie!" she said and I saw a tear go down her cheek. "Awe Starr don't cry. If you cry, I'll cry." I said. Starr wiped her tears and walk up and hugged me and I hugged her back. "This is the one!" I said and she smiles. "Do I look like a raccoon? Because I have mascara on." she asked and I laughed. "No you don't." I said and I get out of the dress and we buy it. Starr was nice a enough and paid for it! We walk back to the car. "Starr you didn't have to pay for it." I said and she shook her head. "No! You wedding day is tomorrow and I'm your Homie so I have to!" "Ok it's official!" I said and she looked at me confused. "What's official?" she asked. "You... Ms.Payne are going to be my bridesmaid!" I said "YES!" she yelled and smiled. She hugged me and I hugged her back. We pull away and we drive home. We get to my house and I watch her drive off and I run upstairs with my dress in my hand. I hang it up in my closet. I couldn't stop smiling! My phone vibrated in my pocket, I pull it out, and it's Ashton.

Ashton: You and Luke are getting married! Awww!! I can't wait for the wedding tomorrow!

Me: Aww thanks Ash!

Ashton: Your welcome love.

Me: I already have my dress.

Ashton: Wow! Luke's gonna get his tux later tonight.

Me: Cool! So who the groomsmen?

Ashton: Niall. You already have a bridesmaid?

Me: Yup its Starr. Gtg bye

Ashton: Cool! Kk bye.

I hear a knock on my door. "Come in." I yelled. I see Niall peak in. "Hey." he said. "Hey. What are you doing here?" I asked. "Well I just heard about the big news! So let me see it!" he said and I show him the ring. "Wow, it's beautiful." he said and I smile. "Thank you Ni." I said "And I have to tell you that.... Louis is not that thrilled about it." he said and my eyes widened. "Louis knows?" I asked and he nods. I sighed. "Great! Louis probably flipping out right now." I said and Niall held me close and rubbed my back. "It's ok Madie. I'll talk to him." Niall says rubbing my back. "But what if he crashes the wedding?!" I asked in fear. "It'll be ok Madie. Calm down. I'll talk to him." he said and I look at him and smile. "Thank you Niall." I said and he smiles back. "Your welcome." We hug and then he left to go talk to Louis. I stare at the ring for what felt like hours. Then my phone vibrates and I pick it up and it's a message from Louis.

Louis: YOUR MARRYING LUKE?!

Me: Yes, yes I am!.

Louis: But I love you!

Me: Well I don't love you. I'm sorry Louis, but I'm marrying Luke whether you like it or not!

I hear another knock on my door. "Come in!" I yelled and I see Zayn. "Hey." I said and he smiles. "I can't believe your getting married! I'm so happy for you." he said and he seems surprisingly happy! "Thank you Zayn." "Can I see the ring?" he asked and I nod and show him. He stare at it and smiles. "It's very beautiful. Do you know what the three diamonds stand for?" he asked and I shake my head. "No I don't. What's it mean?" I asked. "It means your today, tomorrow, and always." he said and I smile. "Well I just came by to say I'm happy for you and that I hope you have a good future with Luke." he said and I hugged him and he hugged me back. "Thank you Zayn." I said and he nodded and left. I can't wait until tomorrow!! I yawned, laid down and get under the covers and fall asleep thinking of what the wedding will be like tomorrow.
