Dipper opened his eyes, at first all he noticed was how much closer Bill was to him than usual. Bill always has either his hair or an eye-patch covering his right eye, this is the first time Dipper had ever even seen that part of is face. Dipper just stared at the big scar covering his eye, he couldn't even think. Dipper slowly started reaching a hand towards Bill's scar. just as he was about to touch it he heard "what are you doing" as Bill's hand swiftly grabbed his wrist, pulling it away from his face.Bill let go of Dipper's wrist, sitting up, as he looked at the smaller male his golden eye looked as if it were glowing.
Dipper scooted closer to Bill, pulling on his shirt sleeve "Bill.." Bill put his hand over his scarred eye, not moving anything but his other eye he looked over at Dipper. "uhm Bill, what happened to your eye. I-I mean like how did you get that scar" At first Bill didn't do anything but stare at him. Dipper started to get worried as he noticed tears forming the the corner of his eye, Bill turned his head away but Dipper heard him whisper "you weren't supposed to find out 'bout this..", but what worried him most was when Bill started hysterically laughing.
The concern Dipper had started to turn into fear. Bill suddenly stood up, rushing over to his dresser and pulling out a black eye-patch. After putting it on his laughter slowly subsided. He glanced over at Dipper, his heart sinking at the terrified expression on his face. Bill brushed some hair over his eye-patch with his fingers "sorry about that.." Bill sighed and pulled a scared Dipper into a hug. With a few minutes of no response he was about to let go when Dipper returned the hug with shaky hands. "Don't scare me like that, idiot" Bill rested his chin on dip's head "sorry pinetree" they stayed like that for a while.
"hey, Bill?" Dipper suddenly spoke "what is it pinetree?" He hesitated before saying "I um I still wanna know what happened to your eye" Bill sighed "You're still thinking about that?" he paused then added "all you really need to know is that i was in a... accident -but I'm fine now!"
"I'm fine now..."
