                                      ✿

Cactus never saw anything like this before. It was truly terrifying. The things in the room she walked in were nothing from their world.
She walked in a large, circular cave, with many glass or even Iron and metal cages. There was a strong, but most likely loose pole with a four-headed dog chained to it, luckily sleeping. Cactus tip-toed around the room, observing the animals in glass cages. They had labelings on them, with small writing under it.
One, being a Large, long snake which looked like it had millions of eyes. And when it opened its mouth it had teeth like a sharks, and its mouth opened wider then a dragons, or any creature alive.
Cactus, scared out of her mind, had her eyes dilated, and in general she was trembling, as well as her jaw. Stargazer walked in, a bit startled at first but slumped down and disappointment.
Rain walked behind, covering her but with her claws and trying not to scream.
Cactus growled others, deadly flying bugs and sharks and many land animals. But what caught her attention was the labels.
      But it made her mad.
Under one creature wrote it's name, which she couldn't understand. But near it was something else. "War trap- highly dangerous." And a date on when it will be used.
     The next battle
Startled,Cactus shook, nodding in disagreement. She turned to face Stargazer, upset and scared.
"W-wha-what is this? Were you going to use this to. . . Attack us?" Cactus's voice shook, and she started to pant, her chest in a stinging, sticky pain.
Stargazer shook his head, also in disagreement. "There's no way," he said. "No one EVER told me. I'm apart of the council. . They had to tell me. . ."
Rain tried to speak, obviously scared out of her mind. "They obviously- w-wouldn't tell you, they know your friends with Cactus. They know you would tell her."
Stargazer had the look in his eyes of shame. "Cactus, don't be mad at me. It wasn't me, I swear! I'm so, so sorry. . I'm a terrible friend for not finding out sooner . . ."
Cactus couldn't speak, as she took a big moment to look around the room again. But then she  spoke, the hint of anger and frustration in her throat.
"It's not your fault. It's the Kings. He's letting this happen. They're Cheating! They're Cheating, I tell you!" Cactus screamed, but covered her mouth realizing the four headed dog.
     He was now awake.
The beast was awake.
