The flight takes hours...what if it's the wrong location? What if they've all died? I shake my head. I need to stop thinking like that. I end up making it to a beautiful green planet. I end up landing a decent distance away from the location that's set because I have no way of knowing if they're here and no way of communicating because if they're here I don't know the communication system here. When I exit my ship, bag in hand, I shiver slightly. It's a lot colder than I'm use to and a breeze hits my face...but this planet is beautiful.

I look at my bracelet and I start walking in the direction the resistance should be in. My stomach growls and I realize it's been days since I last ate. While I was held captive they gave me food every several days and they gave me water everyday. I honestly probably look like a ghost...I haven't seen what I looked like in who knows how long. I also come to conclusions that wherever they decided to have there base at is a lot farther than I had anticipated.

I continue to trudge on with a limp. My whole body aches from the daily beatings they inflicted on me. It feels like hours I have walked before I collapse to my knees in a heap of tears. Sobs rake through my body as the hope slips away.

They really have broken me

They really have broken me. I feel so broken inside...so weak and fragile. So...vulnerable. I hear footsteps in the distance but I don't bother to look up. Maybe this is the end for me. Who knows. I then hear a gasp as someone pulls me into there arms and I have a slight panic attack not realizing who it was. Whoever it is doesn't loosen their grip and I end up giving up on fighting and sob into their chest.

"Oh what have they done to you," I hear an all to familiar voice

"Oh what have they done to you," I hear an all to familiar voice.

"P-Poe?" I question looking up at him, "I must be dreaming."

"Far from it, Princess," he says quietly and scoops me up bridal style.

"How did you find me?" I ask him as he carries me to what I am assuming is the base.
