So part 2 was just some filler chapters...that originally wasn't the plan but it is now so these chapters are very shortbutlonger chapters are to come in part 3, and school got cancelled as I suspected, we have a blizzard and it's the first blizzard where I live in over 30 years so no school technically today because it's 2am and most likely no school tomorrow so updates should be coming possibly later today, I will definitely work on chapter 8 later.

We land on the planet safely...well everyone else but not me. A TIE ended up knocking both of my engines out but luckily I was already close to landing and I was able to maneuver myself myself to shoot down the TIE. We crash down in front of the base and I see everyone looking. I quickly but calmly jump out of the X-Wing and I help E out.

"Hey it's not my fault," I defend myself. I know the ship is about to explode but E and I walk towards the base not quickly but not too slow either and I hear the ship explode behind me as we get closer.
"You're crazy," Poe tells me as I walk in.

"Do you think we could hold up here?" I ask but I know I spoke too soon and I see the First Order coming.
"Nope, not a chance...unless we can take them down but there's not much of us left," Poe tells me and we rush in calling for a meeting.
"What resources do we have?" I ask once everyone is around us.
"There's some pretty old ski speeders," someome says.
"Okay we'll use all of those, and the we'll have people in the trenches," I say.
"Why can't we just do whatever just fight and not have a plan...we're trapped anyways," someone says and I snap my head and glare.
"Are you stupid?" Poe asks.
"We have to have hope," Leia also says. Arguing breaks out and I raise my voice.
