"Ye Hua, what's going on?' Bai Qian asked the moment they arrived at his little cabin on Mount Jun Ji, the first place that came to mind the second he became aware of that aura.

Saying nothing, he led her inside, then sitting her down, he quickly lit the small fireplace.  Mount Jun Ji straddled the Mortal Realm and the Immortal Realm, though the time difference remained the same as the Mortal Realm and with a thick barrier that he had erected to keep it private, they would not be disturbed.  Only his Starlord Tian Shu knew of his private Mortal Realm home, and not having the ability to pass through the barrier without him, they could remain in hiding without the risk of being found, because he had no intention of returning.

"Qian Qian, I'm sorry if I frightened you, but there is something I need to tell you." he said as the sound of a roaring fire took hold and quickly warmed the cold cabin.  Lightly covering her with a thick blanket from a small pile on a side table he sat down to face her.

But before he get another word out, she was on her feet in an instant. Just the look on his face had her temper rising in a second, it was one of guilt and the thought that he had perhaps done something he knew she wouldn't like had her lashing out wildly.

"You're in love with someone else aren't you!" she screamed.  "That's who was at the door wasn't it!' she began to cry, the first time he had ever seen her upset, but no sooner was he on his feet, than her hands and feet began to lash out.  "You lied to me Ye Hua, you worth no more than the whores who rent that room by the hour!" she screamed over the top of her loud crying and harsh sobbing while she tried to rake her nails across his face.

"Qian Qian would you listen!" Ye Hua growled right over the top of her yelling and crying bringing her to an immediate halt, but not before she managed to slap his face and kick his knee almost sending him sprawling.

Looking up at him with fire in her eyes, Ye Hua forced the laughter back knowing it would make the situation worse.  That she was jealous instantly warmed his heart that he wanted so much to hug her, to kiss her and never let her go, instead he sat her back down while he tried to ignore the sharp sting on his cheek and what he knew would be a bruise on his knee while sitting down to face her once again.

"Qian Qian, there is no one else." he started, though the urge to laugh was so strong he barely kept it together, not only was she still glaring up at him, but her small hands were clenched into fists so tight, the knuckles had gone white.

"That was my Grandfather at the door Qian Qian." he said suddenly bringing his inner urge to laugh fully under control, because what he had done, would no doubt bring a round of punishment when he returned.

Still glaring up at him, her eyes slowly began to register what he had just said.  "Your Grandfather?" she asked in a small voice trying to comprehend why they ran away.

"After we met at the East Seas Banquet, I wanted to see you again immediately, I couldn't wait Qian Qian.  So I left the Palace for Qing Qiu without informing him, or in fact anyone including my own Starlord of my whereabouts." he confessed to her.

"And it seems as if my Grandfather found out where I was, he would have sent scouts to search for me.  I panicked and that's why we're here" he finished looking at her somewhat sheepishly.

But the reaction he got to his confession was not what he expected.  Jumping up excitedly, she threw her arms around his neck and kissed him causing his eyes to widen.  Then drawing back slightly, she looked at him with so much tenderness, he didn't know how to react to it, but he was even more stunned when she finally spoke.

"So you're not seeing someone else?" she asked him with the sweetest smile he had ever seen.

Suddenly the laughter he had been holding in erupted with full force.  Trying to gather himself together, he could only shake his head at her, while his laughter continued to roar about the both of them.
