PrinceOfHearts' POV

Knowing Amber's last class was right by the parking lot, I kept my head down as I walked to my car. I pushed past the people talking about weekend plans and parties. I just wanted to get home and work on this stupid study guide. I needed the extra credit really bad. Just as I saw my car, Felix came up besides me. "What's up cousin?"

"What do you want?" I snapped.

"Do you have an answer?"

"Can I ask you something first?"

Felix stopped walking and looked at me. "Of course."

"Why are you doing this? I know you don't care about this shit. I know you don't care about popularity. Why are you going through all this trouble? And why go through me to get to Anya? This is so not like you man."

He just toed the gravel with his shoe. "Amber's got some dirt on me. And I know the dirt she has on you."

"I didn't hit her."

"She tells a different story."

"Fucking hell. I caught her cheating on me of course I was mad. I would never hit her though."

"So she's blackmailing you? She's full of shit."

"Just leave her. You're either going to break up with her or marry her and what are the chances of you marrying Amber?"

"I heard my name!" Amber came over and clung onto my arm. I shoved her off. "What? Still on your period?"

"Shut the fuck up, Amber."

"Moody. Are you ready to leave your nerd?"

I took a deep breath and pushed past them. "Fuck you guys. I'm going to study."

"Who are you?" Amber was in shock.

"Taylor. Nice to meet you." I got in my car. After getting home and realizing I had no idea who McDuff was I decided to call Kelli.

"Hey."

"Kelli, my saving grace, my one and only, my sexy gamer grace-"

"You want my answers for the study guide don't you?"

"No! That would be cheating. I just need help."

"Do you want to come over and we can work on it together?"

"Can I?"

"Yeah Jason's friend is coming over for some science fair thing which means they'll be playing video games until dinner." She laughed a little bit. She had gotten so comfortable around me. I loved it. I love her.

"Cool. I'll grab my textbook and come on over."

"I'll be here."

"I love you Kelli." I waited for the pause that she took before she said it back. I could hear her smiling.

"I love you too Taylor." We hung up.

The drive was familiar to Kelli's house. It was almost automatic by this point. I saw Andy's car and another one I didn't recognize. I just parked in the street just to be safe. A car pulled into Anya's as I got to the door. What the fuck is happening on this street today? When I knocked on the door I heard a man's voice and a matching body that answered the door. A middle aged man with piercing blue eyes stared at me, blue just like Kelli's. 

"Lindsey, how many friends has Kelli made?"

"I told you this is Taylor." Ms. Lindsey came forward.

"Taylor." The man repeated. "So you are the man seeing my little Kell-bell."

Fuck. This is her dad?? I tried to stand up taller. "Yes Sir. It's nice to meet you." I held out my hand.

He shook it. "Jacob." I nodded my head.

"Kelli's in her room just finishing up with something if you want to head in there." There was screaming from Jason's room. "BOYS KNOCK IT OFF!"

"Busy house today?"

"You have no idea. I'm just waiting for Anya to show up at this point." She laughed a little.

I headed back to see Kelli. When I knocked I was greeted by her cute self wearing a Bendy and the Ink Machine t-shirt. "Is there a party going on here I don't know about? Your driveway and street are jammed." I pulled her into the biggest hug I could. I loved her so much. I kissed her forehead. I saw something move out of the corner of my eye and notice Andy sitting on the floor. "Oh hey Andy I didn't know you were here."

"Yeah I'm just keeping Kelli's computer from catching fire. I just have to put it all back together and then I should be on my way."

"No rush. Anything to keep me from this homework." I tossed my bag on her bed.

"Wait who is in the road other than Andy?" Kelli looked worried.

"I don't know. Andy and I are in the street so your dad can get out if he leaves first and then there is another car by Anya's house that pulled up when I was knocking on your door."

"I didn't know anyone was going over to Anya's today."

"Don't worry about it. Her mom invited me to dinner tonight so maybe they are just having some people over." Andy finished putting the computer together and headed out. 

"Fuck."

"What?" Kelli jumped at my outburst.

"My book is in my car."

"We can share mine." She moved the book between us.

"I will get nothing done if I am that close to you." I kissed her quickly. "Wanna take a walk to my car?"

"Sure."

GraceKelli's POV

I loved it when Taylor held my hand. We walked through my living room to his car making jokes as we did. Once we got outside our mood changed as we heard Anya yelling. My heart stopped and suddenly there was too much oxygen in the world. I looked over and saw Andy a little ways away from Anya and some guy having an argument.

"Who is that?" Taylor leaned over and asked me.

"I have no clue but I don't like him."

"Want me to go over there?" I grabbed his arm instinctively. "I won't if you don't want me too."

The front door to my house swung open and out came Jason and Eric. "Kelli can you take us to an art store really quick?? It's about to close."

"Hold on guys." Taylor put his arm out and we all stood and watched the guy getting close and closer to Anya. Finally, doing what we all dreaded, he pushed Anya almost knocking her over. I gasped and she looked over and turned red.  Andy and Taylor started towards the guy but Jason had his own plan.

"HEY JACKASS!" He yelled running over there. "LEAVE MY GIRLFRIEND THE FUCK ALONE!"

"JASON!! GET BACK HERE!!" I was too late.

That was the first time I ever yelled in public.
