"Do you have to be home at a certain time?" Felix asked opening the door for me.
"No not really. I assume before midnight."
"Wanna take a ride?"
"Sure." He got in the car and we started driving. It was later in the night, the sun had already set and the stars were shinning. "You're not taking me parking are you?"
"Oh? That wasn't the plan but if you're down I'm so down." I laughed a little. "That is if you found your footing here."
"I'm getting there. I made a friend. She's really cool."
"That girl you always sit with? She's new too right?"
"No she's been here her whole life."
"Really? I've never seen her before. I know everyone at that school."
"Obviously not Mr. Popular."
"Not to show my ego but you're going to be Mrs. Popular pretty soon."
"Hold up I'm not ready for a social marriage yet."
He started laughing. "I'm just saying people are very nosy at that school. Word travels fast."
"Yeah that Amber chick came up to me."
"Well she is Taylor's fuck buddy."
"Wait I thought they were dating?" Maybe Kelli has a chance after all.
"Yeah they are on and off. Just assume they are always together. Like the other day I thought he's finally going to get rid of her and she went to his house and they fucked and now they are back together. He just likes his dick wet if you ask me."
"Looking at the dark road we are going down I'm assuming you are the same way?"
"I was going to take you on a walk." He laughed. "I'm starting to think you used to have an ex who used you a lot huh?"
I thought about what I should say but then I just kinda thought fuck it told the truth. "His name was Travis. He was the number that called. We broke up before I found out I was moving and now he keeps calling me for some reason."
"Ever answer?"
"No. Honestly I wouldn't know what to say." On cue, Travis called me. I sighed and declined the call.
"Bad move." Felix said as we parked. We were at a open field. There were a couple cars still parked every where. "He's going to call you back since he knows you are near your phone. You should have just left it." Travis called again. I declined it again. "Also there is a movie thing happening at the park so you don't think I'm getting you in a secluded place where we are all alone and try to...what did you say, go parking? Do people still say that?"
"I do. I happen to like it."
"I guess the word is kinda vintage."
"I meant parking but the word is cool too."
"Anya are you asking me to make out with you in this car?"
"I mean I would never be so bold to actu-" Felix cut me off and kissed me hard. The odd part was how in sync our bodies were. I knew where to put my hands and so did he. His kiss was something more then intoxicating but I knew he was bad trouble from how perfect he was acting. My phone rang twice while we are kissing. The third time Felix handed me my phone.
"Just answer it. If it gets too intense I'll talk to him." I was out of breath and spinning in the car. I hit accept.
"Travis I-"
