"Ximena how are you?" I ask as I get fully into the church. I just got back from the protest I put together.
"I'm going a little crazy but I'll be alright, happy to be safe again." She smiles
"Yeah I'm happy you're safe too."
She giggles then gently place her hand on my shoulder
"Um..I came by to show you the artwork I made for the protest." I said breaking the moment
"Oh yeah I've been meaning to ask you how that went." Ximena ran her hand down my arm to my hand.
I held her hand and smiled.
"Well I think it went well-" before I can say anything my phone beeps.
I let go of Ximena's hand and picked up my phone.
"WOW! this should answer your question." I showed her the blog that posted my speech.
"OMG thank you so much."
I glanced down at my phone when I felt warm, soft lips on mine.
I was shocked at first but started to kiss back.
"What am I doing I need to call my sister." She said as she broke the kiss.
