"Well Aaron is more cool than I thought he was." Ximena expressed once he got up to leave.

I've gotten word that ICE will be coming after school kids. It's truly sick what these people are doing.

"So Callie are you and Aaron ever getting back together." Poppy came into the room and sat on the bed with Mariana

I looked at Ximena before quickly looking back at Poppy.

"No we are just friends." I said laughing a bit.

"Well what are you waiting for." Mariana smirked at me. She know what she's doing and I do not appreciate it at all.

"I'm not waiting for anything, I just don't want to be in a relationship with him."

"But you obviously love him, right." Poppy asked.

"Well yeah because he was my friend before we dated. I love all of my friends."

My moms call us down to eat , preventing this annoying conversation from going anywhere.

Poppy and Mariana was the first ones to leave the room leaving me alone with Ximena.

"Are you okay." I asked.

Ximena looks up from her phone with a adorable smile.

"Yes Callie I'm fine , you didn't do anything wrong."

"I just wanted to make sure you weren't uncomfortable with the question they were asking."

She stands up and put her phone in her pocket. I stand up right after her.

"I wasn't uncomfortable, we already had a talk about Aaron and I trust you." She pecks my lips "now let's go eat before your brothers get here."
