~Angel's Pov~

We both sit down in Tess's room in two chairs.

We sit there awkwardly for a few minutes.

"So...uh...how have you been?" Emi says
"That's too long of a story for a...reunion-ish type talk. How bout you." I say honestly.
"Being completely honest...I've been missing you...and I know that sounds weird but I never stopped missing you."

"What?" I say slightly speechless.
"I came back for you. I'm starting to see why you weren't there." He said looking sad
"Yeah...uh...wait you came back?!"
"Yeah I still love you"
"Love as in present tense?"I start to have a slight panic attack
"Yeah."
"Emi-" I get cut off
"I know it's crazy but I never stopped loving you and if you don't that's fine I just need to know." He says getting up and walking over to me.
"I love you too...Emi" I say awkwardly.
"You do?"
"Yeah..."
"Then maybe we could go out again if you're up for that." He looks at me with those cute little puppy dog eyes.
"...uh I mean before I say yes you should know something."
"Yeah?"

(Flashback) ⚠️ gorey scene

""ANGEL! KITCHEN! NOW!"
I run downstairs not trying to making my dad mad. I pass my brothers in the living room.

I walk into the kitchen and my dad turns around and comes at me with a knife in his hand. I grab his wrist and forearm and push him down to the ground. The knife slices into my shin down to the bone then falls out of his hand.

My brothers hear me screaming and John trys to calm my dad down and James drives me to the hospital.

"Go back to John he needs you he can't take dad on his own" I say while waiting on the doctor.
"What about you?"James asks.
"I'll be fine and once I get stitches I'll just walk back to the house (the house is only 1/2 a block away)."
"You sure?" He asks me
"I'll be fine go."
"Ok I love you."
"Love you too."

He kisses me on the forehead and leaves...

1/2 an hour later

I am at the door and I walk in and I see John chopped in pieces all over the house in a lake of blood.

Then James is in the same condition.

My dad and I make eye contact. He then looks at what he did then back at me sheds one tear then stabs himself."

(End flashback)

"Oh my gosh Angel I'm so sorry... for what happened and that I wasn't there for you." He pulls me in for a hug.
"It's fine it wasn't your choice to go."

He pulls away slightly.

"And I never will leave you again." He says

He kisses me for like 30 seconds

"So will you go out with me again?" Emi asks
"If you can deal with me I would love too."

We kiss again for a couple minutes.
