You stand in the elegant ballroom as the people dance around you. You saw him and he saw you. It was years ago when you last saw him. His gleaming smile and the look his eyes gave. You had something those years ago. But then he left and you never saw him again. He left you to wake up alone. Never have you cried so much. Never had you thought he'd be the one to leave. You swore to never see him again.
Until now.
There he was.
He walked over to you and without a word out his hands where they needed to be. You can see the silly bracelet he never took off. He placed his lips onto yours and all the memories return. The joy. The excitement. The happiness. The fun.
The love.
The love was back. He swept you away dancing at first and then he grabbed at your waist and straddled you in his arms. He kept his lips into yours with more love in each kiss. He carried you to the upstairs bedroom and closed the door behind him. It was fun and all the happiness was back. You forgave him and the scars were healed.
"I love you." He said
"I love you more jack."
"I love you and i want you to know the only time I'll ever leave you is if it's best for you. When your life depends on it." He says. You smile and sleep his arms. You were so happy and have never felt more loved.i His message didn't make much sense but you brushed it off. You were glad he was yours again.
I guess that's why it hurt when you woke up alone only to find his bracelet on your wrist.
