7. Cam

You're lying in your bed staring at the ceiling. You've been awake for hours it seems and have been unable to fall asleep. There's not one thing you can do at a time like this.
You call Cam.
"Babe?" You say.
"Yeah?" he says sleepily.
"I can't sleep."
He yawns. "Okay babe. Wait." He hangs up the phone. You lie in your bed still staring a the dark ceiling. You hear his car in the driveway and next thing you know he walks over to you. He turn on the light.
"Hey" he says as he army crawls over to you.
"Hey" you say smiling. He finds his way between the blankets and puts himself next to you. You rest your head on his bare chest while his arms hold you tightly. After a long hug he rests himself on a pillow. You do the same. You soon feel his chest pressed up against your back. His right leg is on top of your legs. You can feel his arms around your waist holding you tightly.
"Hey cam?"
"Yeah?" He says still sleepily.
"You love me right."
"Of course."
You smile. You switch off the light. And start to drift off. But then you turn the light back on.
"Is it always going to be like this?"
"If you're not going to be able to sleep every night then I guess so." You laugh and left yourself relax. You play with his fingers under the blanket. You turn off the light but turn it on again.
"But what if you find someone better?"
"(Y/N), there is no one better for me anywhere. You are my angel. My happiness. My light. My life. The reason I wake up every morning with something and someone to live for. There's no way I'll ever leave you. Now," he says as he turns you over to face him. He turns off the light and then places his arms back around your hips. He places you firmly but gently against his chest.
"Go to sleep." He kisses your forehead.

"You're going to be the first thing I see when I wake up."
