25. Matt and Jack G

You park in the driveway of Jacks house. You were planning on hanging out with him and Matt today. You walk up to the door but stop when you hear Matt and Jack arguing. You stand between the door and the window and listen to what they are saying.

"Jack I know you're going to spend the whole time with her. You do it all the time."
"Matt you always say that. I give you space and them you spend the whole time with her."
"Well I like her." He says raises his voice.
"Well I like her more. And besides. Didn't you first say you didn't like her when we met her?"
"I hadn't gotten to know her yet jack. Big deal. I love her now."
"Dude what the fuck. I've loved her for forever. And now you walk in here like a newborn and think she's yours."
"One, don't reference me like a newborn. Two, it doesn't matter who's loved her longer. It's who loves her more."
"Yeah Matt. And that would be me."
You decide to walk in before anything else happens. You turn the knob.
"I love her more okay. I love her until the day she dies. She's my sunshine why won't you understand that. I want her so badly and it's hard enough competing with you. I want her to like me."
"Hi guys. Nice chat you were having." They both look at you with shock and embarrassment on their faces. You walk into the kitchen. You can feel their eyes on you as they are still shocked.

"Any apples left?"
