27. Jack J

You walk along the rocks on the edge of raging river beside you. The water flows rapidly to meet with the waterfall a couple of feet down stream.
"You're so stupid you know."
"Oh shut up jack I'll be fine." You smile at him. He rolls his eyes and smiles back. He continues to stroll beside you safely on the path with his hand holding yours gently.
"Those rocks are slippery you know that"
"They're only slippery by the waterfall jack."
"Baby you're stupid sometimes. And you're barefoot."
You lean over carefully and place your lips against his. You let them longer for a while as his hands keep you up from falling onto him.
"Baby. I love you. And I swear to you I'm F---" All of a sudden you can no longer feel his hands keeping you up. You feel the rocks jab into your sides. You desperately grab onto anything you can. You feel you hand laces into his. The water is rushing all around you and over you pushing you towards the falls.
"DONT LET ME GO." Jack screams
"JACK HELP ME"
He tries to pull you in but the current is too strong. Finally his hand slips and you are sent down the river. The force of the water keeps pushing you down under. Your mind keeps ranching as you think to yourself this is the end. All of a sudden you hear a large splash and arms around you pulling you towards the other side of the water. You come onto the edge and open the eyes that you didn't realize were shut. You look and see Jack breathe a sigh of relief.
"You had me scared half to death!"
You smile and kiss him.
"Well I guess now I'm not gonna walk along the rocks anymore."
"You better stay safe and off the edge." He holds onto you tightly
