Four hours later and I finally pull up to the campus, staring in awe of the old University with students surrounding it like dogs.

Getting out of my car I slam the door shut, stretching my limbs from the long drive I just endured, and start walking toward the entrance of the college. Students scattered around the campus like little mice, nervous, chatting and laughing as I gradually made my way toward the front desk.

What would've been front desk if there wasn't a line from there to Timbuktu, I sigh in frustration and I hear the exact same reaction from the girl behind me.

"Way to start a day" I heard her voice scoffing behind me.

Turning my head to face towards the voice I saw a cute girl about five foot two inches with blonde hair with a petite frame.

"Indeed," I answered her with a smile.

"Hey, I'm Chloe is it your first day as well?" Chloe said with a smile.

"Gabby," I say introducing myself, "Nice to meet you and yeah the first day thought it was gonna be better than this, "I gesture toward the line she laughed.

"Everyone thought so too apparently," Chloe announced pointing towards the students around us fanning 'em selves and huffing.

Today is a very hot day which is odd considering it's September already. I kept talking to Chloe learning that she is from California and she came here to study Agriculture and to have her own experience away from her family.

As we finally made our way towards the lady sitting at the desk.

"Your name please?" she asked sounding annoyed as the line still forming from behind Chloe and me.

"Gabrielle Waterson," I told her she handed me my key room with my classes schedule and a map of the campus, I thanked her and waited for Chloe to get her things.

"I'm room 230, what about you?" I asked.

"Room 234! We are gonna be neighbors girl!" Chloe said grinning as she pumped her hands in the air with exclaimed happiness.

As I made my way to my room we said goodbye to each other exchanging phone numbers and put my key in the lock. I heard noises in the room 'god don't gimme a bitch of a roommate' I murmured to myself as I push the open and the first thing I saw was two hormonal teenagers ripping each other's clothes and kissing like maniacs.

I cleared my throat but they didn't budge, God gives me patience "Hey!" I yelled for them to hear but who am I kidding, they don't care at all.

I slammed the door walking out to get my suits from the car I made my way down the stairs because the elevator was busy as hell. I get to my car getting my suitcases from the trunk shut it as I was struggling to wheel them I pumped into the wall.

Falling onto my butt I cried in frustration and heard someone laughing their ass off looking at the asshole and my jaw hit the floor. Boy was it a sight. A handsome beast standing in front of me glaring at me, then he continues to roll his eyes and walks away. Leaving me on my ass.

"Asshole "I murmured. I get up taking my cases and started walking to my room as I get on the elevator I pray to god that they still aren't participating in that malicious activity.

As I rolled my bags behind and opened the door I sighed in relief nobody is there I saw that the other side of the room is already taken. The room is shit. I'm planning on having my own apartment anyway. But the semester was going to start soon and I couldn't find one that I wanted.

I threw myself on the bed bouncing on the mattress. I need to go shopping for some sheets and blankets, yawning from being so tired but I can't sleep on a bare mattress. I grabbed my keys and made my way out of the room then the door burst open I stumbled back. As a girl with booty shorts and crop top got into the room. She looked up and smiled at me.

"Hey, roomie!" She chippered in a British accent as she waved at me

"Hey" I smiled back "I'm Gabby, nice to meet you!"

"Oh hey, Gabby I'm Britney nice to meet you too!" She smiled extending her hand as I shock it.

"Where are you going are you leaving me alone already?" She said frowning.

I giggled shaking my head, "I thought I could go shopping for some necessities since the room is so bare and dull as hell!" I said shrugging.

"Oh yeah ok, I was thinking if we could share and buy mini bar fridge and microwave so we don't eat fast food all the time or we are gonna be so huge at the end of the year!" She said giggling, freshman fifteen was a real thing.

"Oh, sounds good to me!" I waved and rushed out of the door, I didn't want to hit rush hour.

I decided to text Chloe on my way to the car.

-Hey, girl what's up?

*all god how about ya?

-not much is going on but yeah .....so I was asking if you'd like to go out and eat something

* thank god I was fucking starving. When will you be ready at?

-I'm gonna run some errands and pick you up in an hour is that ok wid ya?

*yeah great I'm  Still unpacking so see you in an hour

-see ya

I love her already I told myself as I get in my car looking a Walmart nearby I started the car rolled my windows down and Ed Sheeran starts blasting from the speakers.
