Serenity's POV
Today is my first day at this new school..we moved from Alabama to Atlanta cause my dad got a job here.. i didn't like the idea of moving cause now I have to find new friends and it takes a while to make friends for me..maybe this school will be different..maybe I'll meet some kids on the first day
~AT SCHOOL~
I walked in and there were so many different groups of people..at my old school there would just be like 4 big groups I guess people don't fuck with each other how they do out there
"Hey new girl"this one boy said to me
"Hi"I said kinda shy
"My name mateo and this brother Ayleo and then my friends"he said looking at everybody
"My name is serenity" I said playing with my hair
"You wat is to show you around"he said looking at me
"Yeah I guess"I said looking at him
"ight bet"he said walking
He showed me the cafeteria the bathroom the lockers witch I could've found myself...the offices the cool kids..good kids..nasty kids(sexual)..nerds..jocks..cheerleaders..some teachers the principal and the vice principal
"Thank you"I said smiling
"No problem"he said smiling back
"If you want you could hang with us or with the girls"Ayleo said
"The two cool girls are out"mateo said
"Um I'll go with the girls"I said
"Alright well if you need us we'll be..just look"Ayleo said
"Ok"I said as they walked away
I really wanted to go with them but that boy with the Afro tho...he cute but he probably has a girlfriend
~LUNCH~
I walked to go sit at a table and I saw some girls who looked cool and sat with them
"Uh who are you" one girl said
"My name is serenity I'm new"I said throwing my hand out
"Um..for one that's a disgusting name and two I don't shake peoples hands who I don't know"she said as she and her minions walked away
I put my head down and let thoughts run through my head..I felt a shake and put my head up
"What are you doing here"a pretty girl said
"Sitting here"I said scooting away
"Well move cause this is our table"she said looking me up and down
I get up to throw away the food that I didn't eat and someone threw a quesadilla at me and when I threw away my food I turned around and some threw a milk at me and it busted and I got wet..when I was running out everyone was laughing
I ran to the bathroom and went in a stall and cried...I hate high school
I walked out and I saw mateo
"Are you ok"he said putting his arm on me
"Yeah I'm fine" I said wiping my tears
"You can tell me..well I know what happened"he said looking at the ground
"Are all the people like that"I said with a crying voice looking at him
"Not everybody but most people"he said looking at me
I just cried and he hugged me
"Do you wanna come to my house"he said rubbing my back
"No thank you"I said getting up
"Oh ok"he said getting up
"See you tomorrow..hopefully"I said walking away
"But first what's your number"he said walking back to me
"**********"I said and he game me his
(I didn't feel like making one up)
"Alright bye"he said walking away
"Bye"I said walking the other way
This was bad but
At least it's something
