Laurence's P.O.V.
I heard a battle cry of help, and fury of anguish and ruin. It came from the south, and I didn't think for a second before I ran off.
Y/N's P.O.V.
My hand faltered.
His eyes seemed so... Strange... Yet familiar.
His eyes squished shut, waiting for the moment to pass. But they slowly opened, realizing he wasn't dead. Not yet at least.
I could feel my eyes fading back to their original color.
I took a deep breath, and pressed a sword against their throat, trapping them to a tree.
"Where do you come from?" I said, trying to disguise my voice as much as possible.
A flash of recognition was seen in his eyes. Impossible. He can't know me if I don't know him.
"Where do you come from?" I said being more serious, and pressing the sword onto his neck a little more.
His eyes widened, and he looked panicked. But he suddenly looked behind me, and I was tackled to the ground.
My sword was wiped from my hands, but luckily, my hood stayed on. But my eyes... I had no idea what color they were now.
But as I looked into the eyes of the person on top of me, I noticed he also had red eyes.
He's a monster. Just like me.
Suddenly the desire to kill got stronger, and I reached for my (S/T) that was lying just a couple inches away.
A sword pressed lightly onto my neck, which caused me to shut up.
"Who are you? Why are you here?"
I didn't answer, when he dug the blade into my neck, causing blood to come out.
"Laurence! Don't kill her! Please!" I had no idea what he was thinking, but I was thinking that I knew him. What is wrong with me?
Laurence, or whatever his name was, reached for my hood. Me being the hopeless person I was right now, growled.
He looked a little startled, before standing me up, and pinning my arms behind my back.
"Let's take her to Lady Aphmau."
