Wally X Reader

Hellooooooooooooooooooooo my lovelies!!!!

Oh it feels good to be writing for you again!!

Sorry for the long hiatus/pause/disappearance whatever you wanna call it.  My first semester of college was kicking my butt and I really needed to focus on my studies.

But here is a one shot for you people and hopefully by the beginning of next week I will have the beginning of a short little series for you guys/girls/hoomans.  ENJOY!!

I found myself tapping my foot in anticipation.  Wally still hadn't responded to me after my last text to him 20 minutes ago.  For those of you who are thinking, "It's only been 20 minutes, lay off crazy lady."  Understand that Wally is a speedster.  He usually responds to me within 10 seconds of receiving a text from me.  So 20 minutes is like 2 hours in normal people time.

After waiting 5 more minutes, I decided to just go over to his house.  I shoved my phone into my back pocket and slipped some yellow and red custom Chuck's.  I yelled to my mom that I was headed over to Wally's before shutting the door behind me.  Wally always texted me the same thing when he got home after either the cave or school.

W: Heading home.  Coming over?

To which I would always say yes or no, but usually yes.  Since I got that text from him about an hour ago, I knew he was home.  It was a beautiful day outside.  One that was begging to be attacked by the Joker or Captain Boomerang, someone.  I prayed this wouldn't be the case today.  I stepped down off of my porch and began jogging to Wally's.  Just in case you were wondering, yes I do have powers.  I can fly and heal people.  But because I can't heal myself, Batman ordered me to take 2 months off after getting fairly injured last mission earlier this week.  Hence the running instead of flying.

Once I reached the familiar red brick house, I rang the doorbell and rocked back and forth on my heels.  Wally's sweet mother answered the door only a couple of moments later.

"Why hello (Y/N)," she grinned.  "Wally is in his room."  I thanked her and stepped into the house.  My shoes thudded softly from my feet and onto the space by the door where they always rest when I'm here.  I could hear faint noises coming from behind Wally's door.  I gently rapped my knuckles against the wood of his bedroom door.

"Come in!" Wally yelled.  I laughed lightly at the volume of his voice and pushed the door open.  When I fully entered the room, my eyes found the fiery red hair of my boyfriend seated on the edge of his bed in front of the television and a PlayStation 4 controller grasped tightly between his hands.  On the screen was one of his favorite games to play and I'll admit that I enjoyed it every now and then as well.  He was starting a new game and I watched him scroll through the characters until he landed on his favorite.  Tracer.  Of course.  Why?  She was technically the fastest character in the game.  I slowly crawled onto the bed next to him as the match began.  His face was all concentration, his eyes full of focus.  I almost laughed at him, but I didn't want to throw off his groove.  I watched him kill enemy after enemy.

Halfway through the match, I carefully crawled under his arms and onto his lap, me now between his arms with his hands still on the controller in front of me.  His chin found a resting place on the top of my head.

We sat like this for one more game.  At the victory of the second match, I felt lips on my cheek.  In response, I tilted my head backwards to meet his lips with my own.  Keeping our lips connected as much as possible, I turned around in his lap so that I was now straddling his hips.

"Well this is a pleasant surprise," Wally muttered against my lips.

"You left me no choice," I exclaimed dramatically.  "You weren't responding to my texts."  Wally chuckled at my antics before pecking my lips again.  

"You wanna play a match?" he asked.  I didn't say anything and took the controller from his hands.

"Is that even a question?"

"I should've known better," Wally sighed.  I turned around to face the TV and started another match.  

Needless to say, we spent the entire night playing video games.

If you play Overwatch, please tell me your main, favorite game mode and favorite map!!

Mine are Widowmaker and Zenyatta.  I like to play random heroes, no gravity and regular quickplay.  My favorite map has to be either Hollywood or Temple of Anubis.
