Chapter 36

Anabella felt electric as their lips mashed together, he wrapped his arms around her waist pulling her to his body. Anabella hummed her appreciation as a smile spread across her lips before parting from the breath taking kiss to stare up at him. Alexander's brown locks hung wildly in front of his eyes, she pushed them back taking a good look at his face,

"Everything?" she asked again,

"Everything" he lifted her and she giggled, she felt like she was waiting for those results for an eternity and now she finally knew it felt surreal.

Alexander walked them over to the kitchen as she clung to his body. She looked around at all the food which was laid out on the counter,

"What's all this?"

"I was thinking a nice lunch with my girlfriend since I haven't seen her in so long" he smiled and she dismounted,

"This is why you took so long to call me?" she asked looking at the food bright-eyed,

"Uhh about that" he grabbed the back of his neck awkwardly, as she glared at him, she knew something was up. "I was going to prank you and say I had Gonorrhea or something" he chuckled thinking about how funny it would've been, but his laughed soon faded as the woman in front of him punched him in the chest,

"Are you fucking kidding me?" she huffed as her jaw dropped,

"I thought it would be funny" he tried to hug her,

"Funny? Really? I was freaking out"

"Lynn thought it would be funny too" he said tossing her under the bus with him,

"I swear I hate you both" she laughed, even though she was worried, it would've been funny if she wasn't freaking out. She shook her head at him who blushed awkwardly.

Anabella was all over Alexander as they ate, she waved a wing in front of his mouth,

"Open wide" she tried to coax him but Alexander just stared at her, "Come on, open" she frowned,

"I'm not practice" he stated shifting his mouth from her as she sat on his lap,

"Shut up!" she laughed while she tugged his jaw to her.

After an intense fight to get him to eat the wing they ended up on the kitchen floor covered in flour, he laid on his back while she straddled his hips looking at him happily. Everything was right in their world, she wore a bra and shorts while he was in his usual black slacks and shirtless.

"I can't wait to plan the baby shower, gonna have fun games and a massive cake and omg and I must have a great gender reveal" she spoke as she licked her now empty fingers as she indulged in the wing, "I'm thinking I let you do it, because Zerah wants a boy, and I want a girl, I'm thinking for boy a pic of her and for girl a pic of me" she went on and he just nodded, he loved listening to her. He was on his floor half naked with her and he couldn't be happier.

Alexander smiled happily as she kissed him all over his face,

"Well this is interesting" a deep voice sounded and they both turned their gaze upward, Alexander craned back his neck to find black shoes, his eyes went upward as he found himself staring at his father upside down. He lifted Anabella off of him quickly,

"Uh Victor, what are you doing here" he said quickly, dusting the flour off of his hands as he looked between his father and Anabella, who was hiding behind him since she was half naked.

"I went to the office and you weren't there, I wanted to hand you some paperwork" Victor said cocking an eyebrow at him, handing him a shirt he found on the floor awkwardly and he handed it to Anabella,

"Oh, uh thanks" he said, Shit Shit shit this is bad. Alexander froze for a moment when his father glanced at her,

"And this is?" he asked looking at her, even though he knew exactly who she was,

"Uh this is Anabella, my girlfriend" he said proudly pulling her to his side,

"Uh hello" her voice was meek as the man hovered above her, looking at her with judging eyes,

"Ana, this is my father" he said plainly, her gaze rose up to Alexander's face which was tight as he spoke before she turned to the man,

"Nice to meet you"

"Yes, I could say the same, Alexander didn't tell me he had a girlfriend. How about you come over for dinner sometime." He said turning to back them as a sinister grin tugged at his lips,

"That would be great" she smiled, although Alexander's grip on her side told her she should've said no,

"Great, Alex a word" his father said before going outside in a fit of coughs, Alexander followed slowly before looking at her, he knew his father's game he just didn't know why he came there.

His father stood outside leaned up against his car, Alexander could see it in his father's eyes he was getting worse, he lost a lot of weight and his clothes hung on his body,

"I see you made a lot to progress on our plan, but I didn't expect her to be living with you" he smirked giving me a pleased grin,

"Uh yea" he mumbled, he thought I was doing this all for a plan but I was actually with her, "How are you? You look worse" Alexander said quickly redirecting the conversation,

"I'm fine, and I'll be better when you get her 25% of their hotel" he coughed and the sound racked on his ears, it was like a rattle.

His father wasn't the type to admit when he wasn't the best, his mother was the only one who saw that side of him, but the urgency in this voice made him believe he wasn't getting any better. Obviously not, since he was prancing around outside when he should be resting.

He sighed looking at him as he got in his car,

"If I didn't know any better I'd say you were enjoying this plan" he winked before driving off.
