Alexander stared at the results which were in his hands, she was pregnant, she left the house as he heard the slamming of the front door. He tossed the test in the garbage and left the bathroom, he couldn't believe it. He walked slowly to the bedroom door and stood there unable to bring his hand to the knob, he couldn't tell her. He remained frozen with disbelief when the door creaked open, Anabella stared at him, she didn't want to ask,

"What is it?" she whispered almost inaudible, and Alexander didn't reply, he couldn't. He couldn't bring himself to say the words that would shatter her, he knew she wished Destiny didn't exist, but now he was going to make it worse. The tears began to dance in her eyes as she just stared at him, no answer was the answer. Alexander looked pale, he wasn't sure what to do with himself.

He heard her suck in a sharp breath before he turned his eyes upward to her, tears streamed down her face slowly, as she silently cried. The sorrow on her face cut him like a knife, she looked like all her light was zapped from her body. The once bright Anabella resembled grey, even her dazzling eyes looked dull,

"Ana" he whispered stepping towards her, she stepped back shaking her head hugging her body, she was going into a shell. "Ana I'm-" she pushed past him as he tried to speak, Alexander didn't get a chance to move before he heard the front door crash against the wall. He couldn't even come to grips with the news. He heard her car speed out of the driveway as she left.

Anabella drove with one hand as she screamed her misery, her shrieks pierced her own ears. Her stomach churned as she drove, her eyes were so foggy she couldn't even see the road ahead. A horn blared as she was about to pull out of the road causing her to slam brakes. She threw her head against the headrest as she let out a loud scream, she couldn't believe she actually was pregnant.

She thought it was all a trick, but it wasn't Destiny was pregnant with Alexander's child. His child, she wanted to stay, she wanted to talk it out and believe everything was going to be alright, but she couldn't see herself being with him knowing she had to deal with her. Every time she closed her eyes images of him played with her emotions, she wanted him, she wanted him so bad but she couldn't have him.

She drove home still sobbing, she parked the car and wiped her face with the inside of her shirt. Well his shirt that she changed into, she wanted to take it off, she wanted to throw it on the floor and kick it around but she couldn't bring herself to it. Anabella went through the lobby quickly coming to her door. She pushed it open and Lynn stared at her,

"Ana, whats wrong" approaching her, looking at the total state of her best friend. Her face was red with emotion with streaks of sadness,

"Nothing" she sobbed going past her, she didn't want to talk. She closed the door behind her and got into bed. She cried so much that she felt like vomiting, she laid in bed and cried herself to sleep.

Anabella woke up in the middle of the night with a smashing headache as her eyes barely remained open, she stared at her roof unable to feel anything. She felt like she lost it all one minute she had everything she wanted and now there was nothing she wanted more than to be alone. She lasted all of 6 minutes in silence before her eyes burned as she began to cry again.

She laid there sobbing when a shot of pain erupted in her stomach, it made her wince as the pain ripped through her abdomen. She stumbled to her feet knowing exactly what the pain was; stress period. Her overact emotions should've alerted her something was wrong. Anabella threw down two painkillers and cleaned herself up before going back to bed. Her phone vibrated on the side table but she just pushed it off the edge. Shortly after she heard the house phone ringing, the sound stopped then her door eased open. She remained still,

"Yes shes here, shes sleeping" Lynn whispered into the phone, "She didn't say anything to me, what happened?" she asked closing the door. The painkillers she took dealt with her physical pain, but she wished it could fix her emotional pain, she wished it could go back and take it all away. It couldn't, Alexander was now going to be tied to Destiny for the rest of his life. Anabella thought coming home might have been the cowardly thing to do, but what was the point.

Destiny won, she got exactly what she wanted, she got Alexander and a baby, Anabella saw no reason for her to remain in the picture. Clearly, the better person won him, she was just glad she got to experience everything they had before it all vanished.

The next few days went by slowly, Alexander called once a day to make sure she was alright, Lynn gave him updates but she wished she didn't. She shoved a chocolate bar into her mouth as she sat on the couch wrapped in a big blanket as she wore her pajamas. The phone rang and she rolled her eyes, Why must he keep calling? she asked mentally as she saw Lynn go over to the phone and answer,

"Hello?" she said, Anabella turned to face her as she saw her Lynn's eyes drift to her, "She's ok" she whispered and Anabella frowned at her, as she listened to one side of the conversation. She saw Lynn's eyes grew wide as they darted from her to the kitchen counter, "I don't think that's a good idea but-" Lynn paused looking at Anabella, "If you want to" she sighed hanging up,

"What was that about?" Lynn walked away, "Don't walk away from me!" Anabella shouted to her. She rolled her eyes getting comfortable when the sound of footsteps lashed their tiled floor,

"What are you doing here?" she hissed without looking, knowing the sound of those steps,

"Anabella" his beautiful voice sounded,

"I don't want you here just leave" she still didn't look,

"I'll leave you two to it" Lynn said before giving them their privacy.

"Ana, I know you don't want to see me but could I just talk to you?"

"No, get out".
