chap 1 : the first letter

It  was  a Moderate Wednesday as I was playing rugby . A bit farther away were bunches where one of the basketball players sat there and watched me as I played. I think he was watching me  or he was waiting for someone it was kinda awkward. But i didn't take note to it . "Keep your head in game Steels" coach yelled snapping my attention back on the field. And i began running the finger 8 (making a huge 8 on the field like and x with ends closed).

After rugby practice I was about to leave the gate with Sophie. (Sophie was my best friend ever since I could remember. )when I remembered i had forgotten my sports bag at the field .I told her to wait for me as I ran back to the field running to get it. When I got there I found my bag exactly where I had left it but, there was a piece of paper on it. It was actually a letter I slowly picked it up and slowly shoved it inside my pocket. I walked off to Sophie and home.

Well let me introduce myself I'm Nicole Steels I'm 16 I'm more of an outcast at school I got all curves in all the right places most people would die for them but some just make fun of them. Well my Bro is Frank he doing his last year in high school this year unlike me his popular his 19 .he plays for the boys basketball team and yet here I am I play a boy's spot 'Rugby' . My one and only true friend who has always been there for me is Sophie we been friends since 4

Arriving at home I dropped down my bags as I stripped out of my sweaty training clothes and went to go take a quick shower. Coming out off the shower I checked the time remembering I promised Soph to go with to the mall.  I picked up my clothes as a piece of paper from earlier fell off I read it as it said "I KNOW WHO YOU ARE YOU KNOW WHO I AM BUT NOT WELL BUT YOU ARE ABOUT TO YOURS TRULY S" maybe i might have picked up a letter for someone else . I shock the feeling off and put the letter on my study table and stepped into my wardrobe picking out a pair of high waist shorts and a black T-shirt and black slides I left my hair in the messy bun it was. I never really believed in make up shit and over dressing cause that just wasnt me. 

There was camp coming up and i needed a couple of hoodies for that . Camp was over the summer break so i had to get my shit together cause it was gonna be in the next 2weeks. I was really looking forward to camp cause it would mean i would take a break from everything break from school, break from home, break from rugby,break from everything. And all i had to do was enjoy  the out doors and have fun with other teens of my age which is something i don't do that much even though Sophie is around.

As we got to the mall Sophie, took me to Mr price one of her favorite clothing stores knowing that that's where the cool kids will shop and so did she want to fit in. So I had to do what I had to and bond with her being a friend I was  .

I soon had that feeling again like i was being watched. So i looked around quickly so see who could it be. As i was looking around there i saw Pete approaching us and Sophie was already jumping up and down as if she was mad. Yelling * omf it's Pete and his fucking coming our way act cool Nicki act cool " . Well Pete is the school's bad boy and  he pretty is a    a fuck boy to be honest I never liked Pete since primary thank God he was doing his last year he was friends with my Bro and they was on the football team together he made ma primary daey hell for me. Sophie had been crushing on him since we were in 7th and he was in 9th grade now here 10th grade and him 12th grade.

Sure Pete was  cute and all but he was a big asshole. He had long  black hair,green nice eyes and he was about 6.8 feet tall, he style of fashion was baggy long shirt with skinny jeans With cute designer sneakers you name it that was him. Sure he was cute and all but I hated him and plus he was a fuck boy and a party animal he couldn't be controlled he was always stoned and all that shit to make matters worse he'll get high at school and bunk classes and shit. I wonder how he made it to senior year with all those low marks he gets maybe it's cause of the basketball.

He walked up to us and he stood in front of Sophie with his head titled to. She just kept on blushing non stop. "hey" he said in his deep husky voice. But Sophie just stood there like a robot. He smiled a cute side smile and said "keep in touch with me " and he winked at her as he walked away. I'm sure she felt like her world was coming to an end like her cute crush walked up to her and told her to keep in touch With him like who wouldn't. Something was fishy about this guy he was up to something.
