Sam and Dean went to check they had everything required. I had everything in my back pack.
"Shadow, aren't you going to pack?" Cas asked me.
"Nope. Got everything in this pack right here." Cas nodded.
"Are you still lugging around that medieval crap, Shadow?" Gabe rolled his eyes.
"Trust me, they'll come in handy. Besides, what's wrong with the classics?"
"Can't argue with that. But, honestly, the 13th century was the worst. Those cannons were way too loud."
"True." I agreed. Well, my weapons are due for a clean, so, I might as well pass some time with a productive activity.I thought. I placed all my weapons on the floor, and grabbed a cleaning cloth from the bag. I cleaned them all, one by one, very slowly and carefully. By the time I was halfway through the last one, Dean and Sam returned.
"Everyone ready?" Dean asked.
"Yes." Cas replied.
"Hell yeah!" Gabe exclaimed. I finished cleaning my last weapon.
"Yep." I said.
"Good. Let's get going then." Dean clapped his hands together. Oops. Better change my clothing. I thought.
"Just, give me a second. I'll meet you guys outside." I said, walking towards the bathroom.
"Okay." Dean said. "What's she doing?" He murmured to Cas.
"Changing."
"Oh. Did not need that image in my head." I heard Dean get punched in the arm.
"OW! What was that for?"
"Not like that. She can just click her fingers."
"Oh. Right. That's better." I rolled my eyes. A few seconds later, I came out of the bathroom wearing jeans, a black shirt and black leather jacket with back boots. My weapons were strapped to my sides.
"Not half emo, are ya?" Dean said, chuckling. I just shrugged my shoulders.
"So, no one else needs a costume change?" Dean asked. Everyone else shook their heads.
"Great. Let's get going then."
We all went outside, except for Bobby. He stayed, as always apparently, to keep looking up more information, if we needed it. Dean led us towards a 67 Chevy Impala.
"Nice car." I commented.
"Thanks. She's a real beauty." Dean said. "Just one rule, don't scratch Baby." I raised an eyebrow. Sam just shrugged his shoulders as if to say 'You don't want to know'. I nodded, and we all got in. Dean got in the drivers side, of course. Sam was shotgun. I was in between Cas and Gabe. Dean started the car, and a classic rock song blasted through the speakers.
"Dean! Turn it down!" Sam yelled.
"Alright, alright." Dean said, irritatedley.
"You like classic rock, Dean?" I asked.
"Yeah." He replied.
"Cool. I think it's awesome." I said, expressing my opinion.
"Really?" He sounded really surprised.
"Yep. Pretty much the only type of music worth listening to." Dean's face lit up and he smirked at Sam, who just rolled his eyes.
"Keep rolling your eyes like that Moose, and they'll fall out." Gabe joked, cracking everyone up.
